New Feature

Company Admins can now control exactly what each user can access — Role Based Permissions

Date: June 12, 2026

Not every user needs access to everything. Company Admins can now define precise permission levels for each user role — controlling what they can view, create, edit, or delete across the entire platform. From pipeline management to company settings, access is now fully in your hands.

Implementation Details:

For Company Admins

  1. Set View, Create/Edit, and Delete permissions per user role across all major platform areas — Marketing, Company Management, Settings, and more.

  2. Toggle access to key actions like Manage Pipeline, Manage Lead, Contacts Import, Transactions Import, Pipeline Customization, and Impersonate Users independently per role.

  3. Company Management permissions are handled separately — control who can access and duplicate company-level Email Templates and Automations without affecting individual user permissions.

For Company Users

  1. Your navigation and available actions reflect exactly what your admin has assigned — only what you need is visible, keeping the experience clean and focused.

  2. Access to sensitive settings, imports, and pipeline management is controlled by your admin — ensuring the right people have the right level of access at all times.

Improvements

What's Improved?

  1. "Mortgage Operations" is now available as an Industry option in Contact Creation

The Industry field in Contact Creation now includes Mortgage Operations as a selectable option — so contacts working in the mortgage space can be accurately categorized from the moment they're added, without needing a workaround.

What's Fixed?

  1. Automations no longer disappear from their folder after a status change

Fix: Changing an automation's status was accidentally removing it from its folder — forcing users to manually reassign it every time. That's now fixed. Your automations stay exactly where you put them, regardless of any status changes made.

  2. Company Email Templates — Send Test Mail icon is now visible on the template list page

Fix: The Send Test Mail icon was missing from the Company Email Template list page — making it impossible to quickly test a template without opening it first. It's now restored and accessible directly from the list, right where you'd expect it to be.

  3. Company Admins can now be selected in the Assigned To dropdown

Fix: The Assigned To dropdown in the Contact Modal previously only listed company users — leaving Company Admins out as an option entirely. Contacts can now be assigned directly to any Company Admin in the organization, giving teams more flexibility in how leads and contacts are distributed across the company.

  4. Pipeline now shows the Assigned To column by default for Company Users

Fix: Company Users opening the pipeline had no immediate visibility into who a lead was assigned to — the Assigned To column wasn't showing by default. It now appears automatically, displaying the assigned Company Admin right away so your team always knows ownership at a glance — no extra configuration needed.

  5. Contact duplication check now includes Middle Name for more accurate detection

Fix: Previously, duplicate contact detection only checked against First Name and Email Address — which occasionally let similar contacts slip through. The logic has now been tightened to check First Name, Middle Name, and Email Address together, giving your team a stronger safety net against accidental duplicate entries.

New Feature

Custom KPIs — Now separately managed for B2B and B2C

Date: June 08, 2026

KPIs don't look the same across every business type. Custom KPIs can now be configured independently for B2B and B2C — so the metrics your team tracks are always relevant to the type of business you're working with, not a one-size-fits-all list.

Implementation Details:

  • Custom KPIs are now split into B2B and B2C tabs — manage and track separate KPI sets tailored to each business type.

  • Add, edit, activate, or deactivate KPIs independently for each tab — changes to B2B KPIs have no impact on B2C, and vice versa.

  • Each KPI can be toggled active or inactive individually — keeping your scoreboard focused on only what matters for that business type.

  • KPIs configured here reflect across the relevant scoreboard and reporting views — giving your team accurate, context-specific performance data.

  • The custom KPIs you create will be displayed on the KPI page and in the Activity Creation popup according to the selected contact type.

How to Access:

Login → Scoreboard → Profile → Preferences → Custom KPI

Improvements

Date: June 05, 2026

Explore the latest fixes, improvements, and feature enhancements designed to make your workflow smoother.

What's Improved?

  1. Pipeline view customization on your Profile Preferences

Every Loan Officer works differently, and your pipeline view should reflect that. You can now customize how your loan pipeline is displayed directly from Profile Preferences, allowing you to create a workspace that aligns with your workflow and helps you stay focused on what matters most.

    Improvements:

    • Create and customize pipeline stages to reflect your preferred loan process and workflow.

    • Manage loan progression through personalized statuses, giving you greater flexibility and control over your pipeline.

  2. Automation Builder now supports multiple If/Else conditions in a single flow

Building complex automations just got more powerful. You're no longer limited to a single If/Else branch — you can now stack multiple conditions in one automation flow, giving you finer control over how your leads are handled at every step.

    Improvements:

    • The Automation Builder now supports multiple If/Else conditions within a single automation — build branching logic that reflects how your team actually works.

    • Each condition branch can be configured independently — defining different paths and actions based on the specific criteria that's met.

    • Leads are routed through the correct branch automatically — reducing manual follow-up and keeping your workflows precise and reliable.

    • Fully compatible with your existing automations — no need to rebuild anything, just extend your flows with more conditions where needed.

  3. Email Template Builder — Add content between your Signature and Disclaimer

Until now, the structure of your email templates was rigid — content, signature, disclaimer, in that order with no room to adjust. You can now inject custom content in the space between your Signature and Disclaimer, giving you more flexibility over how your emails are structured and presented to recipients.

    Improvements:

    • The Email Template Builder now allows you to insert content in the space between the Signature and Disclaimer — add context, legal notes, personalized closings, or any relevant information that belongs in that section.

    • The injected content is fully editable within the builder — format it just like any other section of your template.

    • Your existing Signature and Disclaimer blocks remain unchanged — this is purely an additional content zone, not a replacement.

What's Fixed?

  1. My Teams — Team selection dropdown now loads correctly for Company Admins

Fix: The team selection dropdown inside My Teams was showing blank — making it impossible to select or switch between teams. It now correctly displays his teams on the selection dropdown for the Company Admin.

  2. Automation Send Email — Preview icon now visible on the Email Template card in the History Page

Fix: The preview icon on the Send Email action card wasn't showing up in the Automation Builder Preview in the History Page — leaving users with no way to quickly check which email template was being used. It's now visible and working as expected.

  3. Profile — Uploading a profile picture now works correctly

Fix: Uploading a profile picture in the Profile section now saves and reflects correctly — your photo appears immediately after upload.

  4. Email Signature — Uploaded images no longer appear blurry

Fix: Images added to email signatures were coming out blurry — a issue that made signatures look unprofessional. The original upload quality is now fully preserved, so your signature looks exactly as intended every time it's sent.
