New Feature

New “Stage” Column Introduced in TBD Pipeline

Date: Feb 27, 2026

Introduced “Stage” as an option in both the Transaction modal popup and the Pipeline view for better visibility, with loan status shown as Application Started or Submitted.

Implementation Details:

  • Added the Stage field to the Transaction modal popup.

  • Displayed the Stage column in the TBD Pipeline view.

  • Ensured the selected Stage reflects consistently across both views.

  • Users can edit the Stage only in the TBD tab, not in other tabs.

Benefits to Users:

  • Improved visibility into the current stage of each transaction.

  • Easier tracking and management of deals in the pipeline.

  • Faster decision-making with clearer status context at a glance.

  1. Improved Contact Importing: “Lead Source” Field Added
    Improved:
    Added “Lead Source” to the Contact Importer, allowing users to map and import lead source details for contacts during the import process.

  2. Greater Flexibility: Drag, Drop, and Reorganize Custom Fields Across Groups
    Improved:

    • Users can drag and drop their custom fields within the same group and across multiple groups.

    • Company users can drag and drop custom fields within the same group but cannot reorder fields into Company-level custom field groups.

What's Fixed?

  1. Production tracker - Transaction Count mismatch
    Fix:
    Updated the system logic to fetch transactions in the Production Tracker with a loan status of Funded, based on whether the funded date falls within the selected Month/Quarter/Year.

  2. B2B/B2C Switching Issue on Suggestions Screen
    Fix:
    Resolved an issue on the Suggestions screen where switching between B2B and B2C did not reflect the correct selection.

  3. Search bar is not working in Transaction popup model - dropdown field values
    Fix:
    Fixed a script-level issue where the search bar in the Transaction popup modal was not working for dropdown field values (e.g., Loan Status, Loan Purpose, etc.).

February - 3rd week

New Feature

Add Company Admin Avatar Setting for Email Signature

Date: Feb 20, 2026

Company avatars (Circle/Square) can now be added and will reflect for company contacts when they receive campaigns from Automations.

Implementation Details:

  • Company Admins can configure a Company Avatar for email signatures.

  • Avatar shapes supported: Circle and Square.

  • The selected avatar is automatically applied to outgoing campaign emails sent via Automations.

  • Company contacts will see the configured avatar when they receive campaign emails.

Benefits to Users:

  • Consistent branding across all automated campaigns

  • Professional appearance for outbound emails

  • Improved brand recognition for recipients

  • Centralized control for Company Admins (no need for individual user setup).

Add Search Bar to the Pipeline Tab

Date: Feb 20, 2026

A search option has been added to the Pipeline tab to help users quickly find transactions and contacts.

Implementation Details:

  • Introduced a search bar on the Pipeline tab.

  • Supports searching by key fields such as borrower/contact name, transaction/loan ID, and property address.

  • Search works seamlessly with existing filters and column sorting.

  • Results update instantly within the Pipeline table.

Company Admin can Access to Manage "Accounts"

Company users can now see and access shared Accounts created by Company Admins within their platform instance.

Implementation Details:

  • Company Admins can create and manage Accounts at the company level.

  • Accounts created by Company Admins are visible to all users within the same company instance.

  • Access respects existing role-based permissions.

  • Updates to Accounts by Admins are reflected in real time for company users.

Benefits to Users:

  • Shared visibility into company-level Accounts

  • Consistent data across teams

  • Reduced duplication of Accounts created by individual users

  • Improved collaboration and alignment across the company

Contacts Importer – Map Transaction Potential to Add Leads to Pipeline (Mortgage Only)

Date: Feb 20, 2026

Users can map the Transaction Potential column during contact import so imported contacts appear in the Leads Pipeline with the correct value.

Implementation Details:

  • Added an “Add to Leads Pipeline” option to the Contacts Importer for Mortgage users only.

  • Users must map the corresponding import column to the Transaction Potential field.

  • Imported contacts will appear in the Leads Pipeline based on the mapped Transaction Potential value (instead of a hard-coded default).

  • The option respects existing role and product eligibility.

Benefits to Users:

  • Accurate lead values from the source file (no forced defaults)

  • Flexible imports that match real transaction potential

  • Cleaner pipeline data with correct qualification

  • Reduced post-import clean-up

  1. Re-organize Folders
    Improved:
    Folder hierarchy has been reorganized to improve clarity and accessibility. Folders are now categorized into three levels:

    • Global Folders – Available system-wide across all users and companies.

    • Company Folders – Accessible to users within a specific company.

    • User Folders – Visible only to the individual user.

    Benefits to Users:

    • Clearer folder ownership and visibility

    • Improved organization and navigation

    • Better access control and data separation

    • Enhanced scalability for multi-company environments

  2. KPI - Replace Top 3 Boxes with Active Pipeline on the KPI page
    Improved:
    The Top 3 KPI boxes on the KPI page have been replaced with Active Pipeline metrics to provide more relevant, actionable insights into current pipeline performance.

    Benefits to Users:

    • More relevant, operationally useful KPIs

    • Faster insight into pipeline health

    • Better decision-making with real-time metrics

    • Improved alignment with day-to-day workflow

What's Fixed?

  1. Company contact navigation issue
    Fix:
    Resolved the navigation bar behaviour so that when an LO navigates to Company Contacts, only the Admin tab is indicated/highlighted correctly.

  2. Real estate not found

    Fix:
    Updated the data retrieval logic so that real estate information appears in the data table when it is associated with the relevant transaction.

  3. Weekly Percentage is not updating in Bootcamp

    Fix:
    Updated the calculation/refresh logic to ensure Weekly Percentage reflects the most recent data in Bootcamp.

  4. Hard-Coded Filtering on Milestones

    Fix:
    Updated the filtering logic so the Follow-ups screen now displays only milestones from the past seven days in the Past tab and the next seven days in the Future tab.

  5. Non mortgage User -Pipeline columns filter is not working
    Fix:
    Resolved the issue where Pipeline column filters were not functioning for non-mortgage users; filters now apply correctly based on user role and permissions.

  6. Remove the "delete data" option from under profile
    Fix:
    The “Delete Data” option has been removed from the Profile menu to prevent accidental data deletion and improve account safety.

  7. Import Contacts with Custom Fields and its progress bar

    Fix:

    • Users can now import contacts along with associated custom field values. Custom fields included in the import file will be mapped and saved correctly during the import process.

    • Improved with progress bar to display real-time status during the contact import process.

New Feature

KPI Active Pipeline Metrics for Transaction Loan Status

Date: Feb 13, 2026

The Active Pipeline KPI provides real-time visibility into transactions based on their current Loan Status. It tracks loans that are actively progressing through the pipeline and helps measure operational performance, volume, and workflow efficiency.

Implementation Details:

  • Card: Submitted

    The Submitted card displays the count and amount of loans that are currently in the Application Submitted status, with the submitted date falling within the user-selected date range.

  • Card: Processing

    The Processing card displays the count and amount of loans that are currently in the Processing status, with the submitted date falling within the user-selected date range.

  • Card: Underwriting

    The Underwriting card displays the count and amount of loans that are currently in the Underwriting status, with the submitted date falling within the user-selected date range.

  • Card: Approved

    The Approved card displays the count and amount of loans that are currently in the Conditional Approval status, with the submitted date falling within the user-selected date range.

  • Card: Closing

    The Closing card displays the count and amount of loans that are currently in the In Docs / Clear to Close status, with the submitted date falling within the user-selected date range.

Business Benefits:

  • Improved Visibility – Real-time view of workload and pipeline health.

  • Performance Monitoring – Tracks bottlenecks and stage delays.

  • Better Forecasting – Supports volume and revenue projections.

KPI Active Pipeline Metrics for Pull Through Rate, Days to Close, Fall out Rate

Date: Feb 13, 2026

Active Pipeline KPIs measure loan conversion, processing speed, and fallout trends - enabling better forecasting, operational efficiency, and performance management.

Implementation Details:

  • Pull-Through Rate

    Pull-Through Rate = Total Funded Loans / Total Applications Submitted

    Date Filter Selection - Monthly

    • Calendar Behaviour: Displays the currently selected month

    • Date from Jan 01, 2026 to Jan 28, 2026

    • Total Funded Loans between Jan 01, 2026 to Jan 28, 2026 = 20

    • Total Applications Submitted between Jan 01, 2026 to Jan 28, 2026 =30

    • Result: Pull-Through Rate % = (20/30)×100= 66.67%

  • Days to Close

    Days to Close = Average days (Funded date - Submitted date)

    Date Filter Selection - Monthly (default)

    • Calendar Behaviour: Displays the currently selected month

    • Date from Jan 01, 2026 to Jan 28, 2026

    • Total funded loans between Jan 01, 2026 to Jan 28, 2026 is 10

    • Find the each funded loans submitted date and calculate the No.days took to funded

    • Days to Fund = Funded Date − Application Submitted Date

    • Calculate the average of No of days among all loans

    • Formula:

      • Days to Close = (Total Days Taken for All funded Loans) / (Total Funded Loans)

      • Total Days = (9 + 12 + 15 + 12 + 14 + 14 + 14 + 14 + 13 + 13) = 130 days

      • Days to Close = (130 / 10) = 13 days

    • Result: 13 days

  • Fallout Rate

    Fallout Rate: Total Cancelled or Declined Loans / Total Applications Submitted Date Filter Selection - Monthly

    • Calendar Behaviour: Displays the currently selected month

    • Date from Jan 01, 2026 to Jan 28, 2026

    • Total Cancelled or Declined Loans between Jan 01, 2026 to Jan 28, 2026 = 20

    • Total Applications Submitted between Jan 01, 2026 to Jan 28, 2026 =30

    • Result:

      • Fallout Rate % = (20/30)×100= 66.67%

KPI Active Pipeline Improved Stats

Date: Feb 06, 2026

The Active Pipeline Improved Stats KPI highlights month-over-month (MOM) or period-over-period performance improvements across key pipeline metrics such as:

  • Pull-Through Rate

  • Days to Close

  • Fall-Out Rate

This KPI focuses specifically on performance changes, clearly showing whether the pipeline is becoming more efficient, faster, and more productive over time.

Implementation Details:

  • Improved Stats - Month-over-Month Pull-Through Comparison

    • Date Filter: Constant comparison between Current Month and Last Month.

    • Calculation Logic:

      • Total Funded Loans = Loans with Funded date within the date range

      • Total Applications Submitted = Loans with Submitted date within the date range

      • Pull-Through Rate = Total Funded Loans / Total Applications Submitted

  • Improved Stats - Month-over-Month Days to Close Comparison

    • Date Filter: Constant comparison between Current Month and Last Month.

    • Calculation Logic: Days to Fund = Funded Date − Application Submitted Date

  • Improved Stats - Month-over-Month Fall out rate Comparison

    • Date Filter: Constant comparison between Current Month and Last Month.

    • Calculation Logic: Fall out Rate = Total Cancelled or Declined Loans / Total Applications Submitted

  1. Production Calendar vs. Bootcamp Calendar
    Fix:
    Updated the script logic to correctly retrieve and display values for both the Production Tracker and Bootcamp Calendar.

  2. Transaction contacts on Show Company pipeline
    Fix:
    When a Company Admin clicks on a transaction contact from the Company Pipeline, the system now correctly navigates to the relevant contact record.

  3. Active / Inactive Folders

    Fix:

    Update the logic:

    • If an email template is Active and associated with the “In Progress” folder, it will appear under both the “Active” and “In Progress” dropdown filters.

    • If an email template is Inactive and associated with the “Pre Process” folder, it will appear under both the “Inactive” and “Pre Process” dropdown filters.

  4. Contact screen Misalignment

    Fix:

    Enabled the tooltip to display maximum character limits on the Contact List page.

  5. Contact Details Rendering as Raw HTML in Scoreboard Activities Popup

    Fix:

    Corrected the rendering logic to ensure contact details display as formatted content instead of raw HTML in the Scoreboard Activities popup.

  6. Validation for "My Teams" tab

    Fix:

    Updated URL-level validation logic to prevent unauthorized access once impersonation is stopped.

  7. Contact screen : LOS start date shown incorrect value

    Fix:

    Corrected the data synchronization logic so the LOS Start Date reflects the same value across the Contact List and Individual Contact views.

  8. Custom field alignment in Individual contact screen

    Fix:

    Enhanced the data retrieval logic to properly resolve and display the correct custom field when multiple instances exist across user-level and company-level configurations.

  9. Impersonated User tag is still appears after impersonation stops

    Fix:

    Updated the script logic to ensure the “Impersonated User” tag is removed once impersonation ends.

My Teams: Latest Enhancements

The My Teams page has been enhanced to improve performance, usability, and data clarity. These updates modernize the table framework, adjust default reporting behaviour, and provide better visibility into aggregated team metrics.

Implementation Details:

  • Migrated the My Teams table to GridJS to improve performance, stability, and scalability when rendering large data sets.

  • Updated the default date filter on the My Teams page from Weekly to Monthly for more meaningful performance insights on initial load.

  • Added Totals rows to My Teams tables, allowing users to quickly view aggregated transaction and average values without manual calculations.

  • Faster and smoother experience: Improved table performance ensures quicker load times and more responsive interactions on the My Teams page.

  • More relevant insights by default: Monthly reporting provides a clearer, more meaningful view of team performance without needing to adjust filters.

  1. Weekly Filter not working
    Fix:
    Fixed a script-level issue where the weekly filter was not applying correctly when the date range was changed.

  2. Automation preview for Admin

    Fix:
    Updated functionality to ensure automation previews are accessible by clicking the automation name across all admin levels.

  3. Transaction & Avg column in "My teams"
    Fix:
    Fixed a script-level issue so transaction and average values are now calculated correctly on the My Teams page based on the applied filters.

  4. Remove Closing Date Column for TBD & Cancelled Tabs in Pipeline

    Fix:
    Removed the Closing Date column from the TBD and Cancelled tabs in the Pipeline to improve clarity and consistency.

  5. Show Opportunity only for Company level users
    Fix:

    Fixed an issue where opportunities remained visible in Follow-ups after company-level users were removed from the company. Opportunities are now shown only to active company-level users as expected.

  6. Email Template Inactive Toggle Restriction Not Working as Expected

    Fix:

    Fixed an issue where the inactive toggle restriction was not working as expected, ensuring inactive email templates can no longer be selected or used where restricted.

  7. Owner Filter not working
    Fix:

    Fixed an issue where the Owner filter did not apply correctly, ensuring records now update as expected when an owner is selected.
