Improvements
Improvements
What's Improved?
New Contact Type — Builder for Mortgage Users
Mortgage users can now add Builder as a new contact type directly from the Transaction popup while creating a transaction. This makes it easier to associate builders with transactions and manage builder relationships alongside other contacts.
Email-Based Contact Matching to Prevent Duplicates
Contact matching now uses email addresses alone instead of checking both First Name and Email Address. This helps identify existing contacts more accurately and prevents duplicate contact creation, even when contact names differ.
What's Fixed?
Easier Navigation When Editing Contact Details
Fix: When multiple contacts are added in a form, Loan Officers previously had to scroll to the bottom of the expanded contact details to close the editing section. Now, simply clicking the contact's name closes the expanded section, making it easier and faster to navigate between contacts across the platform.
Scheduled Automation Preview Now Opens from the Campaigns List
Fix: Global automations in the Scheduled Campaigns list can now be opened directly by clicking their row, making it easier to view or manage scheduled automation details without navigating to the Automations list separately. Super Admins can edit automations, while Company Admins, Company Users, and regular users can preview them based on their access permissions. Existing campaign actions and other campaign rows continue to work as before.
Improved Contact Page Loading Performance
Fix: The Contact page previously experienced slow loading or failed to load when handling a large number of contacts. Loading performance has now been improved, allowing Loan Officers to access and manage their contacts more smoothly, even when working with larger contact lists.
Company Campaigns Now Work with Company-Based Smart Lists
Fix: Company-based Smart Lists with a Company filter can now be used successfully when creating and running campaigns. Previously, campaigns did not work as expected when these Smart Lists were selected. This is now resolved, allowing Company Campaigns to work correctly with the selected company filters.
