Enhanced Regular Automation Triggers with Contact & Transaction-Based Filter Conditions

Date: May 08, 2026

Regular Automation Triggers have been enhanced to support both Contact-related and Transaction-related conditions within Additional Trigger Conditions. Users can now combine multiple conditions in a single automation setup, enabling smarter and more dynamic workflow automation.

Implementation Details:

  • Regular Automation Triggers now support Contact-Based condition fields, enabling the system to evaluate contact attributes such as contact type, selling system, lead purpose, lead stage, etc.. before deciding whether an automation should execute.

  • Transaction-Based condition fields are now available in Regular Automation Triggers, allowing the system to validate financial data including transaction date, loan status, funded date, loan purpose, etc.. as part of the trigger evaluation process.

  • A new "+ Add Condition" capability has been introduced, enabling users to stack multiple trigger conditions within a single Regular Automation without the need to build separate or duplicate automation rules.

  • Users can now apply AND / OR logical operators across condition rows, giving full control over whether all conditions must be satisfied or just one condition is enough to fire the automation.

  • Regular Automations can now handle cross-field condition combinations, where both contact profile data and transaction records are evaluated together within a unified trigger rule for smarter workflow execution.

  • Trigger evaluation now runs a pre-execution condition check, ensuring automations are only fired when records genuinely match the defined criteria reducing unnecessary automation runs and improving overall system efficiency.

Explore the latest fixes, improvements, and feature enhancements designed to make your workflow smoother.

What's Improved?

  1. Teams Creation: Restricted Start and End Date Selection

Improved the Teams creation process in the modal popup by restricting the selection of past dates for Start Date and End Date fields. Previously, teams could not be created correctly when past dates were selected. The validation has now been resolved to ensure only valid future or current dates to create a team.

  2. History Page Improvements: Fixed “Sent Via” Issue & Automation Visibility Updates
Improved the “Sent Via” navigation issue on the History page. Previously, users could access automation details only through the preview icon. Now, both the preview icon and the automation name are clickable, allowing quick access to the related automation page. Additionally, users can now directly click on the contact name to navigate to the respective individual contact page.

  3. Lead Pipeline: Enhance Contact Update Permission Issue for Company Admin
Company Admins can now successfully update lead pipeline contacts by reassigning the Assigned User within the company. This improvement ensures smoother lead management and improves ownership control across the pipeline workflow in Accountable CRM.

What's Fixed?

  1. Profile Section: Fixed URL Validation for Profile Links
Fix: The validation issue in the Profile section URL field has been fixed. Previously, invalid or incomplete links could be saved without proper verification. 2. Tag: Resolved Missing Global Badge Display in Company Admin

Fix: Resolved an issue in the Contact Creation module where incorrect users were displayed in the Assigned User dropdown. The Assigned User dropdown now correctly displays and allows selection of only users within the respective company when creating a new contact.

  4. Resolved Automation End Condition Validation Issue
Fix: The Is Empty and Is Not Empty condition values were not being evaluated properly in automation end conditions causing automations to continue running even when the condition was met. These conditions are now fully validated at runtime, ensuring automations stop execution at the right point and behave as intended.

  5. Existing Contact Alert for Different First Name with Same Email
Fix: Resolved an issue where contacts could not be created when the same email address was used with a different first name. The system now allows contact creation with the same email address and different first name, ensuring smoother contact management and improved flexibility.
