Advanced Pipeline Configuration and View Customization
Date: May 29, 2026
A new Pipeline Customization feature has been introduced, enabling for all loan officers to personalize how loan statuses are displayed across pipeline tabs. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in organizing pipeline views while preserving existing loan statuses, automations, and reporting functionality.
Implementation Details:
Pipeline Customization is available for Super Admins, Company Users, and Individual Loan Officers through their respective settings pages.
Enable my custom pipeline mapping feature is controlled by a toggle that is disabled by default. When enabled, users can configure their preferred pipeline view when disabled, the system’s default pipeline mapping is applied.
All loan statuses are initially assigned to their default pipeline stages, ensuring a seamless experience upon activation.
Users can drag and drop loan statuses between pipeline stages to create a customized workflow that aligns with their business processes.
The Visible Columns option allow users to choose only the fields relevant to their workflow, improving pipeline clarity and usability.
A new Hide Records Based on Last Activity Date setting enables users to automatically hide inactive records after a specified number of days. The feature remains inactive until a threshold value is configured.
Hidden records are automatically restored when new activity is logged against the associated contact, ensuring active opportunities reappear in the pipeline without manual intervention.
To Click the Reset button restores all mappings to their default values, allowing users to quickly revert any customizations and return to the original configuration.
