New Automation Trigger – Contact Lead Purpose Is Changed

A new automation trigger, Contact Lead Purpose Is Changed, has been added to the Automation Builder. This trigger allows users to automatically start workflows whenever a contact's Lead Purpose changes to a selected value. For example, when a contact's Lead Purpose changes to Purchase, the automation can immediately send an email or perform any other configured action.
Implementation Details:
Added a new automation trigger: Contact Lead Purpose Is Changed.
Allows users to select one or more Lead Purpose values to monitor.
Triggers the automation automatically when a contact's Lead Purpose changes to the selected value.
Supports all existing automation actions, including sending emails and more.

Fix: Resolved an issue where updating the Active/Inactive toggle for an existing automation was not reflected in the Automation List after saving. Fix: The Activity creation popup now automatically populates the Follow-Up Date when users select the Days, Weeks, or Months quick-select options. Fix: If a Loan Officer's Account Preference was set to B2B as the default contact type, the New Lead form still defaulted the Lead Contact Type to B2C. As a result, newly created leads were saved as B2B based on the Loan Officer's contact type preference, causing them to not appear in the Pipeline. This issue has now been fixed. New leads will now always be saved as B2C, regardless of the Loan Officer's contact type preference (B2B or B2C), and will appear correctly in the Pipeline.

Quick Action – Create New Leads from the CRM Dashboard

A new Lead option has been added to the Quick Actions menu on the CRM Dashboard, allowing users to create a new lead directly from anywhere in the dashboard. Selecting this option opens a New Lead modal popup, enabling users to quickly capture lead information without navigating to the Leads page.

Realtor Type Management with Advanced Filtering & Campaign Targeting

A new Realtor Type feature has been introduced to improve contact management, transaction classification, and marketing audience targeting. Loan Officer can now categorize realtor contacts as Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, or Both, enabling more accurate contact organization, automated classification from LOS transactions, advanced filtering, and targeted campaign delivery.
Implementation Details:
Realtor Type in Contact Creation Popup
Added a new Realtor Type field to the Contact Creation Modal Popup.
The Realtor Type field is mandatory when Contact Type is set to B2B and Industry is selected as Realtor.
Loan officers can classify realtor contacts by selecting the appropriate Realtor Type during contact creation or editing.
The available Realtor Type options include: Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent and Both
Realtor Type in Individual Contact Page
The Realtor Type is automatically determined based on the contact's associated LOS transactions.
If a contact has only one transaction, the Realtor Type is assigned based on the role associated with that transaction.
If a contact has multiple transactions with the same Realtor Type, the contact continues to display that single Realtor Type (for example, Buyer's Agent or Listing Agent).
If a contact has multiple transactions with different Realtor Types, the system automatically updates the Realtor Type to Both.
Advanced Realtor Type Filtering in Contact List Page
Added a new Realtor Type filter to the Advanced Filters section of the Contact List.
Users can filter contacts based on the selected Realtor Type, including Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, and Both.
Supports faster and searching by allowing loan officers to narrow contact lists using Realtor Type criteria.
Marketing Segmentation
Added Realtor Type as a new audience selection criterion in the Campaign module.
Users can target recipients by selecting specific Realtor Types in the Send To option to send the campaign.
Supported Realtor Type options include Buyer's Agent, Listing Agent, and Both.

Lead Source Enhancement – Display Referral Contact Name
The Lead Source column in the Scoreboard → Pipeline → Leads tab has been enhanced for better visibility when a lead is referred by someone.
Previously, selecting Referral displayed only the source type (Referral). With this improvement, the system now displays both the Referral source and the name of the referring contact, making it easier to identify who referred the lead at a glance.

Follow-Up Modal Enhancement – Default Activity Date and Next Follow-Up Interval
The Follow-Up modal in the Scoreboard → Pipeline → Leads tab has been refined to streamline follow-up creation and reduce manual data entry.
When creating a new follow-up, the Activity Date now automatically defaults to today's date. In addition, the Next Follow-Up interval is preconfigured with a default value of Day, allowing users to quickly adjust it to days, weeks, months, or other available intervals as needed.

Delete Option is Remove from Tag – Confirmation Dialog Improvement
The Tag confirmation dialog has been simplified to provide a clearer and safer user experience. Previously, the dialog displayed Cancel, Delete, and Remove options, which could cause confusion. The Delete option has now been removed, ensuring that users can only remove the contact from the selected tag without affecting the contact record or the tag itself.

When reopening an automation, the selected email template now correctly reflects its current Active status, ensuring accurate visibility and preventing confusion during automation review and management.
Pipeline Partners – Partner Name Search Issue Resolved
Fix: Resolved an issue in the Pipeline Partners tab where the search bar was not returning results when searching by partner name. The search functionality now works correctly, allowing users to quickly locate partner contacts by name for a faster and more efficient navigation experience.
Partners Tab – Initial Contact Loading Issue Resolved
Fix: Resolved a performance issue in the Partners tab where all partner contacts were loaded during the initial page load, resulting in slower performance. The system now loads only the first 25 partner contacts initially, significantly improving page load speed and overall responsiveness.

Lead Automation – "Send Email to Referral" Action Added for Lead Stage Conditions

A new Send Email to Referral automation action has been added to Contact-based Automations. This feature enables users to automatically send emails to the referral associated with a selected contact whenever the configured automation trigger and conditions are met.
Implementation Details:
Configure a Contact-Based trigger and define the required trigger conditions.
Add the new Send Email to Referral automation action.
Select the email template that should be sent to the referral.
When the automation is triggered, the system automatically identifies the referral linked to the selected contact.
The configured email is then sent directly to the associated referral contact.
If no referral is associated with the selected contact, the email action is skipped.

Automates referral communication without manual intervention.
Ensures consistent and timely follow-up with referral contacts.
Improves referral engagement and communication efficiency.

The system now automatically identifies eligible partner contacts based on predefined criteria, while enabling users to track transaction stages, schedule follow-ups, and filter partners by stage for improved pipeline visibility and workflow management.

Partner Eligibility Criteria
Contacts are automatically displayed in the Partners tab when they have an associated Transaction with the role set to Buyer Agent.
B2B contacts with the Industry set to Realtor are also automatically included in the Partners tab.
Stage Management
Introduced a new Stage column to manage partner transaction stages directly from the Partners tab.
Users can assign and update the following transaction stages: Lead, TBD, Active, Partners, and Inactive.
Follow-up Management
Added a new Follow-ups column for managing partner engagement activities.
Users can create and manage Follow-ups, Tasks, and Activities directly from the Partners tab.
Scheduled items are displayed in ascending order based on the due date, ensuring upcoming activities are prioritized.
Stage-Based Filtering

When a template has active dependencies, the system displays a validation message and provides access to the Usage Report, allowing users to identify and remove the template from associated workflows before proceeding with the demotion.

Resolved Inline Stage not editable in TBD tab for sales created via import transaction
Fix: Resolved an issue in the Pipeline where the Loan Stage field was not editable for contact created through Import Transactions within the TBD tab. Users can now successfully update the loan stage for imported transaction records, ensuring a consistent stage management experience across both imported and manually created transactions.
