Lead Automation Condition for Lead Stage

A new Send Email to Referral automation action has been added to Contact-based Automations. This feature enables users to automatically send emails to the referral associated with a selected contact whenever the configured automation trigger and conditions are met.
Implementation Details:
Configure a Contact-Based trigger and define the required trigger conditions.
Add the new Send Email to Referral automation action.
Select the email template that should be sent to the referral.
When the automation is triggered, the system automatically identifies the referral linked to the selected contact.
The configured email is then sent directly to the associated referral contact.
If no referral is associated with the selected contact, the email action is skipped.
Benefits:
Automates referral communication without manual intervention.
Ensures consistent and timely follow-up with referral contacts.
Improves referral engagement and communication efficiency.
Reduces repetitive administrative tasks for users.

Scheduled Email Due Date & Time Display for Active and Upcoming Follow-ups
The Due column for scheduled milestones follow-ups has been enhanced to display both the scheduled date and time for Active and Upcoming follow-ups. This provides users with greater visibility into exactly when a scheduled email is set to be sent, making it easier to track and manage upcoming automated communications.
Key Details:Enhanced the Due column to display both the scheduled date and time for email follow-ups.
Applies to Active and Upcoming scheduled email follow-ups.
The scheduled time is displayed in a clear format, for example: Jul 2, 2026 @ 10:30 PM IST.
Emails are automatically sent when the configured scheduled date and time is reached.
Improves visibility into upcoming scheduled email activities.
Email Template & Automation Builder UI Enhancements
The Email Template Builder and Automation Builder pages have been enhanced with an improved action toolbar and a more intuitive interface. Frequently used actions such as Folder, Tags, and Send Test Email are now represented with clear, dedicated icons, making them quicker and easier to access. The Active toggle has also been refined to provide better visibility and a more streamlined user experience.

Company Campaign Statistics – Category Alignment
The Company Campaign Statistics page has been enhanced to provide the same reporting categories available in Individual Campaign Statistics. As part of this update, the Requested and Unsubscribed metrics have been added to the Stats tab, delivering a more comprehensive view of campaign performance and improving reporting consistency across campaign types.

Previously, the chart displayed only the overall transaction total and percentage distribution. With this enhancement, users can now view the actual number of transactions for each loan purpose.

Mobile Email Signature Layout Enhancement
The mobile email signature layout has been improved to provide a cleaner, more professional, and visually balanced appearance across mobile devices.
Key Details:Centered Headshot Image – The profile headshot is now displayed at the center of the email signature instead of the left side, creating a more polished and professional presentation.
Centered Company Logo – The company logo is now center-aligned for improved visual consistency and brand visibility.
Enhanced Mobile Experience – The updated layout improves readability and ensures a consistent appearance across different mobile devices and email clients.
Professional Signature Design – The refined alignment delivers a cleaner, more modern email signature that enhances the overall recipient experience.
What's Fixed?
Automation Stats – "Send Email to Loan Officer" Action
Fix : Resolved an issue where the email subject and email delivery count were not displayed in Automation Stats for the "Send Email to Loan Officer" action. These details are now displayed correctly, providing users with accurate visibility into email automation activity and improving the overall monitoring and reporting experience.
Unsubscribe Link in Email Templates
Fix : Resolved an issue where the Unsubscribe link was not clickable in newly created email templates. The link is now fully functional across all new email templates, ensuring recipients can successfully access the unsubscribe page and helping maintain email compliance and a seamless user experience.
