Contact Automation Management from Contact Records
Date: September 04, 2026
The Contact Record now includes a dedicated Automations panel, giving Loan Officers direct visibility into the automations associated with an individual contact. From this panel, Loan Officers can review the contact’s automation history, see current and completed automations, and track the contact’s progress within each automation.
For contacts currently in a Set Action Execution Delay Timer step, Loan Officers can also manage the automation directly from the Contact Record using Pause, Resume, and Delete actions.
Implementation Details:
A new Automations tab is available within the individual Contact Record.
Displays the automations associated with the contact, including active and completed automation history.
Provides visibility into the contact’s current progress and executed actions within an automation.
Contacts in a Set Action Execution Delay Timer step can be managed directly from the Automation panel.
Pause temporarily stops the automation from continuing for that specific contact.
Resume allows the paused automation to continue for the contact.
Delete removes the contact from the selected automation without affecting the automation itself or other enrolled contacts.
Benefits:
Provides a centralized view of a contact’s automation activity and history.
Gives Loan Officers better visibility into where a contact currently stands within an automation.
Allows delayed automation activity to be managed without navigating away from the Contact Record.
Provides contact-level control without interrupting the automation for other contacts.
Makes it easier to review and manage individual contact journeys.
How To Access:

What's Improved?
Enhanced Filters Across Pipeline Views
The Pipeline filtering experience has been redesigned across the Leads, TBD, Active, Funded, and Canceled tables to provide faster access to commonly used filters. Key filtering options are now displayed directly above the Pipeline table, creating a cleaner and more intuitive way for Loan Officers to narrow down contacts and transactions.
Redesigned the filtering layout across Leads, TBD, Active, Funded, and Canceled Pipeline views.
Frequently used filters are now positioned directly above the Pipeline table for quicker access.
Active, Funded, and Canceled views provide quick access to filters such as Loan Status, Loan Purpose, and Date Range.
Improved the overall filter layout and visual hierarchy for a cleaner Pipeline experience.
Existing advanced filtering capabilities remain available for more detailed filtering needs.
Follow-Up Actions Now Available in Contact Records
The “Up Next” follow-up section within the Contact Record has been enhanced with a dedicated Actions menu, replacing the previous + button. This provides Loan Officers with quick access to the same follow-up management options available on the Follow-Ups page, creating a more consistent experience across Accountable.
Lead Pipeline Fields Reordered for Better Workflow
The Leads Pipeline table has been reorganized to present key information in a more logical order based on the Loan Officer’s day-to-day workflow. The updated field sequence prioritizes the contact, next follow-up, current lead stage, and opportunity details before supporting historical information.
Updated Field Order:
Contact → Follow-Up → Lead Stage → Potential → Lead Source → Last Contacted
This layout helps Loan Officers quickly understand who the lead is, what action is needed next, where the lead stands, and the potential opportunity, while keeping source and last-contacted information easily accessible for reference.
What's Fixed?
Automation Stats Status Filters Now Display Accurate Results
Fix: Previously, applying a Status filter in the detailed Automation Stats view could display contacts with other email statuses. For example, selecting Delivered could also return contacts with Opened, Clicked, Bounced, or other statuses. The filtering logic has been corrected so the data table now displays only contacts that match the selected Status.
Email Template Preview Icon Now Available in Automation Preview
Fix: The Email Template Preview icon was missing when viewing automations in the non-editable Automation Builder from both Follow-Up History and the Individual Contact Record. The preview icon is now displayed correctly in both locations, allowing Loan Officers to view the associated email template directly from the automation preview.
Automation Triggers Now Run Correctly
Fix: Automation triggers based on contact updates, such as Contact Is Added to a Tag and Contact Is Added to a Selling System Category, were not initiating the configured automation as expected. The trigger logic has been corrected, and eligible contacts now enter and proceed through the automation correctly when the configured trigger conditions are met.
Referral Partner Now Displays Correctly on Contact Records
Fix: The Referral Partner field on the Individual Contact Record was not displaying the associated contact information correctly. The field now displays the referring contact’s name when a referral relationship exists and remains blank when no Referral Partner is associated with the contact.
