Improvements

What's Improved?

  1. Clearer Campaign Scheduling Confirmation

The campaign scheduling confirmation message has been updated to provide clearer guidance before scheduling a campaign. The confirmation popup now asks, “Are you sure you want to schedule the campaign?”, and the confirmation button has been updated to “Schedule” instead of “Send”, making the action more accurate and intuitive for users.

  2. Subscription Status Now Visible in Contact Record

The Marketing tab in the individual Contact Record now displays the contact's subscription status. This provides users with clear visibility into whether the contact is subscribed or unsubscribed, making it easier to manage marketing communication preferences directly from the contact record.

What's Fixed?

  1. Email Templates Now Available When Editing Cloned Global Automations

When a Company Admin clones a Global Automation containing a Send Email action, the associated email template is now available for editing. Previously, attempting to edit the email template after cloning the automation did not work as expected. The email template can now be accessed and edited correctly, providing a smoother automation customization experience.
