Improvements

What's Improved?

  1. Lead Date Display and Filtering Enhancements

The Lead tab has been enhanced to provide clearer date visibility and more accurate date-based filtering. Lead date information is now organized around Original Lead Date and Last Contacted Date, making it easier for Loan Officers to understand when a lead originated and when it was most recently contacted.

    • Removed the Date Added column from the Lead table.

    • Moved Last Contacted to the end of the table for improved visibility.

    • Original Lead Date is now displayed as supporting text below the Last Contacted date.

    • Renamed Date Added to Original Lead Date in the Advanced Filter.

    • Added a dedicated Last Contacted Date filter.

    • Updated the default date filter to use Original Lead Date instead of Follow-Up Date, providing more consistent lead results.

  2. Notes Now Display Correctly Based on Note Date

Previously, newly created notes with the current date were displayed under the Upcoming tab. The Notes view has been updated so that notes created with the current date or a past date are now displayed under the History tab, providing a more accurate chronological view of completed activities.

What's Fixed?

  1. Activities Created from Contact Records Now Appears in Prospecting Tracker

Fix: Initially, activities created directly from an individual Contact Record were not being tracked in the Prospecting Tracker. This has now been resolved, and activities created from the Contact Record are correctly tracked and reflected in the Prospecting Tracker.

  2. Prospecting Tracker Customization Now Persists Correctly

Fix: After a Loan Officer cleared the selected Selling System values in the Prospecting Tracker, the “Reset to All” and “Save” actions were not functioning as expected. These actions now work correctly, allowing Loan Officers to reset the selections or save their updated Prospecting Tracker configuration.

  3. Milestone Email Status Now Reflects Actual Send Validation

Fix: Previously, the Milestone activity could display “Email Sent” before the system validated whether the configured Automation or Email Template was active. The sending process now verifies the status of the configured Automation and Email Template during the CRON job. If both are active, the Milestone displays the corresponding email status after processing; if either is inactive, no email batch is displayed.

  4. Vision Board Reset and Save Actions Now Work Correctly

Fix: After a Loan Officer cleared the selected Selling System values in the Vision Board, the “Reset to All” and “Save” actions were not functioning as expected. These actions now work correctly, allowing Loan Officers to reset the selections or save their updated Vision Board configuration.

August - 3rd Week

Improvements

What's Improved?

  1. New Leads Automatically Classified as “Lead” in Pipeline

New leads created through Quick Action or the Add New Lead option in the Pipeline are now automatically assigned the Lead Selling System, ensuring consistent lead classification and accurate Pipeline organization.

  2. Industry-Based Filtering in Partners Pipeline

The Partners Pipeline has been enhanced with an Industry dropdown, allowing users to easily filter partner contacts by industry. The dropdown organizes available industries into relevant categories, making it easier to locate and manage partner contacts based on their industry.

What's Fixed?

  1. POI Activity Goals Now Update Correctly

Fix: Initially, the POI Activity Goal was not updating correctly when Loan Officers attempted to set or modify their activity goal count. This issue has now been resolved, and Loan Officers can successfully set and update their desired Activity Goal Count.

  2. Selling System Now Updates Instead of Adding to the Existing Value

Fix: By Default, when a new contact was created without a Selling System, the contact was automatically assigned Inactive. If a different Selling System value was later selected, such as TBD, the new value was added while Inactive remained assigned. This has now been corrected. When a new Selling System value is selected, the existing Inactive value is replaced with the newly selected value.

  3. Referrals Column Now Displays Only Contact Referrals

Fix: Initially, the Referrals column in the Partners tab displayed Borrower when the contact was associated with a transaction, even though the contact was not a referral. The display logic has now been updated to show only the actual referrals associated with the contact, providing more accurate referral information.
