Update Pipeline to First Position on Scoreboard Page

To enhance visibility and streamline workflows, the Pipeline section now appears in the top position on the Scoreboard page.

Add Ability to Filter by Loan Type for Automations

You can now build automation rules that trigger based on specific Loan Types—such as VA, FHA, Conventional, and more.

  • A new Loan Type filter is now available within the automation builder’s condition settings.

Users can now preview the email content before it is sent when using the Send Email action within automation workflows.

Indicate Creation Method as "Transferred from {first} {last}" during Transfer Contacts + Transactions

When a contact or transaction is created through a transfer, the system now clearly labels the creation method as:

“Transferred from John Doe”
(using the first and last name of the original owner)

This enhancement applies to both Contact and Transaction transfers.

Bulk Actions - Implement the Select All in Contact page

What's New?

Users can now use the ‘Select All’ feature on the Contact page to perform bulk actions across all selected contacts—no more clicking one by one.

Generate Unique Auth Token (Non-editable) for Each Company

Date: July 11, 2025

Loan Officers (LOs) can now generate a unique, non-editable authentication token—called the Accountable Token—for their company.

This token is designed for use in integrations and API configurations, enabling secure and seamless platform connectivity. With just one click, users can easily copy the token for immediate implementation.

This enhancement improves security, traceability, and integration setup efficiency across the platform.

  • Introduction of the Accountable Token, a unique company-level auth token.

Update Pipeline View to Show Only Borrower Contacts

Previously, the Pipeline Contacts section included a mix of contact types —Buyers, Sellers, and Borrowers. With this update, the view has been streamlined to display only Borrower contacts for a more focused and relevant user experience.

  • The Pipeline view now exclusively shows Borrower contacts, aligning with typical workflow needs for loan officers and mortgage professionals.

What's Improved?

  • Reduced clutter by removing non-borrower contact types.

  • Enhanced visibility and tracking of borrower-specific pipelines.

Migrated Encompass Webhook -- All encompass company

Date: July 11, 2025

We’ve successfully migrated the webhook configuration for all Encompass-connected companies. The previous webhook URL has been replaced with a new, centralized AWS Lambda URL to streamline event handling.

What's New?

  • With this update, any changes made in Encompass or MeridianLink will now automatically sync with Accountable CRM in real-time — ensuring up-to-date data across platforms without manual intervention.

What's Improved?

  1. Company level campaigns are not updating in Company user's Individual contact page

    Fix: Emails sent through company-level campaigns are now visible under the Email tab on each individual contact's profile within the company.

  2. Custom Suggestion Benchmark Name Not Displayed

    Fix: In the Follow-Ups → Suggestions screen, the correct Benchmark Name is now displayed instead of the 'Selling System.'

  3. Company Imports not capturing Error log

    Fix: Error logs are now generated during company imports for issues like invalid assigned users, incorrect date of birth formats, and other data inconsistencies.

  4. Misaligned Default Email Signature for New Users

    Fix: The default email signature is now properly aligned for new users upon sign-up.

  5. Missing Condition Values in Contact Update Automation Trigger

    Fix: Users attempting to create automation triggers without specifying condition values will now receive a popup message: "Please specify the values for the conditions."

  6. Unsubscribe Option Incorrectly Appearing in Smart List

    Fix: The Unsubscribe option has been disabled in the Smart List on the Contacts screen.

  7. Admin Tab Remains Highlighted During Navigation

    Fix: The navigation experience has been corrected—when Company Admins switch from Admin to Contacts or KPIs, the tab highlighting now updates as expected.

  8. Tag Name with Apostrophe Causes Import Failure

    Fix: Tag names containing special characters like apostrophes are now fully supported in both individual and company-level contact imports.

  9. KPI Screen Display Issues

    Fix: The Gauge Chart on the KPI screen now accurately displays and updates comparisons between Leads and Transaction Goals.

  10. Missing 'State' Field in New Lead Submissions

    Fix: The State field is now correctly populated when contacts are created via Zapier lead submissions.

  11. Industry Field Not Updating in Contacts

    Fix: Users can now select or modify the Industry field via the inline edit modal popup.

  12. Import Transaction Breadcrumb & Navigation Issues

    Fix: Resolved field mapping errors that caused incorrect navigation after CSV uploads. Breadcrumb and navigation bar behavior have been restored for a smoother experience.

  13. Duplicate Vision Board Tooltip Issue

    Fix: The tooltip for “Duplicate Last Week’s Vision Board” now only appears on the Vision Board page and no longer persists across other pages.

  14. Duplicate Tags Created During Sign-Up

    Fix: The system now prevents creation of duplicate tags during the sign-up process.

  15. Follow-Up Sorting Defaults Incorrectly

    Fix: Follow-Ups are now sorted by due date—from soonest to furthest—on the Follow-Up screen.

  16. Sorting Issue on Unsubscribe Screen

    Fix: The contact count filter on the unsubscribe screen now works properly, showing only relevant contacts and improving page load time.

  17. B2C Promoter Smart List Count Discrepancy

    Fix: Contact counts in the B2C Promoter Smart List are now accurate.

  18. Contact Displayed in Vision Board Left Panel

    Fix: Once a contact is added to the Vision Board, it no longer appears in the left-hand panel.

  19. Follow-Up Dropdown Preset Not Showing ‘All’

    Fix: When three or more options are selected in the Follow-Up screen dropdown, it now correctly displays as ‘All’.

  20. KPI Edit Popup Not Displaying Goal Values

    Fix: The Edit Goals inline modal now properly displays pre-filled KPI values for easy editing.

Company Admins Can Manage Unsubscribes and Resubscribes

Company admins now have enhanced visibility and control over contact subscriptions — including the ability to manually unsubscribe a company user's contacts and resubscribe previously unsubscribed contacts within the company.

What's Improved?

Company Admins Now Have Enhanced Control Over Contact Subscriptions

AccountableCRM empowers company admins with greater flexibility and visibility when managing contact subscriptions. Admins can now:

  • Unsubscribe Contacts: Manually unsubscribe contacts associated with company users. These contacts will be listed in the Unsubscribe Table.

  • Resubscribe Contacts: Manually resubscribe previously unsubscribed contacts. Resubscribed entries will appear in the Resubscribe Table.

  • View Unsubscribed Contacts: Easily access a complete list of all unsubscribed contacts within the company.

  • Extract Contact Details: Export company user contact data in a read-only (non-editable) format for reporting and review.

These updates ensure better oversight and compliance across your communication efforts.

Add Bulk Update to Pipeline

  • Users can update dozens or hundreds of contacts at once—eliminating repetitive, manual work.

  • Allowing mortgage users to perform bulk updates on pipeline contacts significantly improves efficiency, ensures data consistency, and enhances lead management.

Highlighting the Active Tab in the Main Navigation Menu

Users Can Now Clearly See Which Tab They're On

What's Improved?

  • To improve user experience and reduce navigation confusion, the active tab in the main (red) navigation bar is now visually highlighted. This enhancement makes it easier to track your current location, especially when switching between multiple sections or tabs.

  2. Use the header navigation tabs to explore different sections. The active tab will now be visually distinguished.


Seamless Transfer of Contacts & Transaction Data Between Company Users

You can now effortlessly transfer all contacts, transactions, and real estate records from one company user to another — all within the same company.

What's Improved?

  • Easily transfer data when users change roles, leave, or join the company.

    The receiving user can seamlessly continue working with the transferred contacts without any data loss or the need to recreate records.

  1. Log in as Super Admin or Company Admin.

Auto-Move Selling System Categories when Loan Status Changes

When Loan Officers change the loan status, the selling system categories are automatically updated accordingly.

What's Improved?

  • No Selling System Automation Configured

    When there are no automations defined based on the Selling System:

    The system automatically updates the Selling System Category based on the loan status change.

  • Selling System Automation Configured

    If automation(s) are configured that interact with Selling System categories:

    These automations are triggered first when the loan status changes.

  • After automation execution, the system will apply the default auto-move logic for Selling System Categories (if applicable).

How to Access the Updates?

  1. Log in as Mortgage User.

  2. Navigate to: Score board -> Pipeline contacts.


Change How Suggestions Are Triggered

Created Suggestions for the following:

  • Only for contacts that are manually created.

  • Only for contacts that are created via webhook (like Encompass or ML webhook, but not bulk import).

  • Only for contacts that are created via Zapier/API.

What's Improved?

  • Prevents users from being overwhelmed by excessive or irrelevant Suggestions after importing large numbers of contacts.

  • Reduces unnecessary processing and background logic tied to bulk-imported contacts, optimizing backend performance.

  • Allows users to focus on contacts that truly require follow-up, instead of filtering through irrelevant Suggestions.

Explore the latest fixes, improvements, and feature enhancements designed to make your workflow smoother.

What's Improved?

  1. Unsubscribe stats not updating in individual and company campaigns
    Fix: Campaign statistics now
    correctly reflect the number of unsubscribed users. The subscribed user count
    updates as expected.

  2. "B2C Prospects" and "B2C Past Clients" missing in the Campaign screen
    Fix: Users can now send campaigns
    to both "B2C Prospects" and "B2C Past Clients" segments.

  3. Email status not showing
    Fix: Email statuses such as Delivered, Opened,
    Clicked, etc., are now visible in the
    Individual Contact screen.

  4. Email template tag count issue on the Tag screen
    Fix: When an email template is
    associated with an email tag, the tag count now automatically populates in the
    Tag Master screen.

  5. Email template name not loading on the Campaign form (Template Builder page)
    Fix: When reactivating a
    previously deactivated email template, its name and subject now auto-populate
    correctly in the campaign form when accessed via the Campaign icon.

  6. Issues on the Automation screen
    Fixes:
    · UI/UX improvements have been made, including automation
    visibility for company users in non-editable mode.
    · Super Admin users can now see default trigger
    values for company-level automations.

  7. Suggestions Quick Fix
    Fix: In the Follow-up screen,
    the "Suggestions" option is no longer pre-selected by default. It
    only appears after users select checkboxes under Today, Past Due, or Future tabs.

  8. Smart Filters removed after performing bulk updates
    Fix: Smart filter conditions are
    now retained and remain visible even after bulk updates are performed on the
    Contact screen.
