Add choice between B2C and B2B for selling system automations

Date: Aug 29, 2025

We’ve introduced a new “Contact Type” trigger in Automations that gives you the option to choose between B2B and B2C contact types. This ensures your workflows are more precise and aligned with your selling strategy.

Note: When setting up an automation, first select the appropriate event (e.g., contact creation, contact update, transaction, etc.).

How It Works?

  • When setting up an automation, first select the appropriate event (e.g., new lead, form submission, status update).

  • Then, add the Contact Type trigger to define whether the automation applies to B2B or B2C contacts.

  • This helps streamline automation flows to match your business model.

Benefits to Users:

  • Greater flexibility: Build automations tailored specifically for B2B or B2C workflows.

  • Improved accuracy: Ensure the right contacts are targeted based on the selected event and type.

How to access:

Login → Navigate to Marketing → Automations

Add the user contact info for "task" under the

follow-up section

Date: Aug 29, 2025

We’ve added the logged-in user’s contact avatar and profile icon to tasks in the Follow-up section. This enhancement makes it simple to identify who a task belongs to when reviewing the History tab.

How It Works?

  • Each task in the Follow-up section now displays the assigned user’s avatar and profile icon.

  • When you open the History tab, you can instantly see task ownership at a glance.

Benefits to Users:

  • Clear Ownership: Quickly know who is responsible for each task.

  • Smarter Tracking: Tasks are easier to follow up on across Today, Past, and Future tabs.

  • Better Visibility: Improved transparency and accountability across teams.

How to access:

Login → Navigate to Follow-ups → Today, Past and Future tabs

Create and schedule "When date & time" Automation Trigger

Date: Aug 29, 2025

Introduced a powerful new trigger called “When Date & Time Is”, which allows users to run automations at a scheduled time when specific conditions are met. This enhancement is available all users, providing flexibility across different automation scopes.

How It Works?

  • Business users can set conditions based on Contacts or Transaction Contacts.

  • Once the defined conditions are met, the automation will execute exactly at the scheduled date and time.

  • This ensures timely follow-ups, notifications, and workflow execution without requiring manual intervention.

Benefits to Users:

  • Precision & Timing – Automations now run at the exact scheduled time, aligned with your business needs.

  • Flexibility – Works across Individual, Company, and Global automation levels.

  • Improved Workflow Management – Ensures that key actions (e.g., reminders, follow-ups, alerts) happen when they should.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

Minor Improvements & Fixes

Date: Aug 29, 2025

Explore the latest fixes, improvements, and feature enhancements designed to make your workflow smoother.

What's Improved?

  1. Vision Board Duplication Error

Fix: Implemented logic with User ID handling in the background when duplicating records from the last week. Vision Board contacts can now be duplicated correctly from the last activity creation.

  2. Add time zone to time stamp for scheduled campaigns

Fix: Updated the way timestamps are handled to ensure they are displayed according to the correct time zone.

    • All campaign and scheduled campaign times will now reflect the user’s local time zone instead of defaulting to a system value.

    • Example format: 04/17/2025 12:24 PM IST

  3. Change Stats to Status in Follow-up history

Fix: Updated the header label from “Stats” to “Status.” The Follow-up History now displays the correct header name.

  4. Preview isn't working for automations at the company admin level

Fix: Updated the logic to allow Company Admins to preview global email templates configured by the Super Admin. These templates are displayed in read-only (non-editable) mode.

Company Admins can now successfully preview global email templates associated with automations, while edit control remains exclusively with the Super Admin.

  5. Mortgage Pipeline Filter

Fix: Updated the filtering logic to ensure that all transaction records within the Mortgage Pipeline (Except Post Close tab) are sorted in ascending order based on the LOS Start Date.

This adjustment guarantees that the earliest transactions appear first, followed by later ones.

  6. "clone" popup text isn't showing in automation

Fix: The Clone popup text is now visible above the clone icon.

    • Business users can now clearly identify the clone icon with the help of the popup text.

    • Usability and accessibility of the automation interface have been improved.

New Feature

New Global Suggestions for Appointments & Transactions

Date: Aug 22, 2025

We’ve introduced two new Global Suggestions to make your workflow more efficient:

  • Conduct Appointment

  • Transactions

Note: These are only applicable to the Helplist Selling System and B2C contact type.

How It Works?

When a new B2C contact is created and assigned to the Helplist selling system, the system evaluates the contact’s category. Based on that, it automatically generates suggestions to guide users in the next steps.

  • Conduct Appointment: Prompts users to schedule and conduct appointments, ensuring timely engagement with the contact.

  • Transactions: Suggests relevant transaction-related actions (e.g., initiating applications or deals) aligned with the contact’s category.

Benefits to Users:

  • Time-Saving: No need to manually figure out what comes next—the system provides the right suggestions instantly.

  • Consistency: Ensures that appointments and transactions are aligned with the contact’s category, maintaining accuracy and quality.

  • Efficiency: Improves user workflow with actionable recommendations, helping users engage faster and manage deals more effectively.

Add Choice Between B2C and B2B for Automations

Date: Aug 22, 2025

We’ve introduced a new option in automation triggers that allows users to differentiate between B2C and B2B contacts.

How It Works?

With this enhancement, you can now configure automations more precisely by targeting the specific type of contact relevant to your workflow.

  • Available Triggers: B2C/B2B options are now accessible across Category, Tags, and Lead Source triggers.

  • Flexible Setup: When creating or editing automations, you can filter automation execution based on whether the contact belongs to B2C or B2B.

Benefits to Users:

  • Improved Precision: Run automations only for the intended segment (B2C or B2B) to ensure accurate targeting.

  • Better Personalization: Customize campaigns and workflows according to business type, making communication more relevant.

  • Increased Efficiency: Eliminate unnecessary automations for non-relevant contacts, saving resources and reducing noise.

Date: Aug 22, 2025

Explore the latest fixes, improvements, and feature enhancements designed to make your workflow smoother.

What's Improved?

  1. History Tab Navigation – After Refresh

Fix: Implemented backend table-level logic to ensure that after refreshing the screen, the page redirects to the currently active tab instead of defaulting to another tab.

  2. Company Breadcrumbs Not Redirecting Properly

Fix: Resolved an issue where company breadcrumbs did not redirect correctly when the company ID was not passed properly, particularly when multiple tabs were opened simultaneously.

  3. Breadcrumb bar is not working

Fix: Resolved an issue where the company ID was missing from the URL bar when navigating from Company Contacts to other tabs, causing the breadcrumb bar to not function correctly.

  4. Make Funded date as Mandatory

Fix: If the user selects the loan status as Funded, they must also select a funded date (mandatory). This requirement applies only when the loan status is Funded; otherwise, it will not be enforced.

  5. Allow Special Characters in Contact Name Import in Overall application

Fix: Contact names with special characters are now supported across the overall application during imports, with the exception of ?, <, >, and /. This enhancement ensures smoother data handling while maintaining system security and data integrity.

  6. Transaction Popup Box Disabled in Pipeline View

Fix: Implemented edit functionality so that clicking anywhere on a row in the Pipeline view will correctly open the Edit Transaction modal popup. This improves usability by allowing users to quickly open and edit transactions with a single click, streamlining workflow and saving time.

  7. Add 'is empty' and 'is not empty' to the filter

Fix: When a contact contains blank values in standard fields, the Is Empty and Is Not Empty filters can now be applied to include or exclude such records.

  8. Automation UI - Show selected Options

Fix: When a contact is added to the Promotor selling system, the Automation UI now correctly displays the message: “Contact is added to Selling System ‘Promotor’.” This ensures users have clear visibility of the exact selling system selected, reducing confusion and making it easier to track automation actions.

  9. Transaction Popup model in Individual Contact's Transaction Data Table and Real estate Data table

Fix: The edit transaction modal popup will now appear when clicking anywhere on a row in the Transaction Data Table and the Real Estate Data Table. This improves usability by allowing users to quickly open and edit transactions with a single click, streamlining workflow and saving time.

  10. Make Title field as mandatory in Transaction model Popup

Fix: If a transaction is created from the CRM without a Title, it will not appear in the Pipeline contacts when the Title is set as “Borrower.” Therefore, we have made the Title field mandatory for mortgage users to ensure proper visibility and consistency.
