Run the automation for Team Title based validation
Date: Oct 24, 2025
Team Title condition trigger is now available only for Transaction-based triggers, allowing automations to run based on a specific Team Title.
Implementation Details:
Users can configure automation to trigger only when a transaction occurs and the record belongs to a specific Team Title.
The Team Title condition ensures that automation actions (like sending emails or setting timers) are executed only for the relevant team members.
Example:
Trigger: Transaction is created
Condition: Team Title is “Borrower”
Action: Set delay timer → Send email to contact
Benefits to Users:
Enables targeted automation based on team responsibilities.
Reduces errors by preventing automation from running for irrelevant team members.
Improves workflow efficiency and ensures accurate communication.

What's Fixed?
Automation Waiting Contacts – Display Based on User Role
Fix:
Super Admin: Can view all contacts triggered by Global-level automations.
Company Admin: Can view contacts created by Company Users, triggered by both Global and Company-level automations
Regular User: Can view only the contacts they personally created in the waiting list.
Admin/Marketing Highlight Switching Issue
Fix: A logic update has been implemented to resolve the highlight switching issue between the Admin and Marketing sections.
Add "Accounts" under Profile section and rename "Account" to "Profile"
Fix: The following changes have been completed:
Renamed the existing “Account” link in the header to “Profile.”
Added “Accounts” as a new menu option under the Profile dropdown.
Set Team Title-Specific Toggle to “Default ON”
Fix: A logic update has been implemented to ensure that the Team Title-specific toggle is set to “Default ON” when the user opens the automation settings.
Pipeline contacts don't always show when clicking the transaction
Fix: A fix has been implemented to correctly handle Global Automation execution during wait periods when the automation is turned off.
How it works now:
When a Global Automation is triggered with a delay (wait) action, the contact enters the waiting list as expected.
If the automation is turned off at any level (User, Company Admin, or Super Admin), all waiting contacts related to that automation will be removed automatically.
This ensures the automation does not continue executing while inactive, even if contacts were already in the waiting stage.
Global Automation Executes While Inactive During Wait Action
Fix: When a Global-level automation is turned OFF at the Global or Company level, the contacts in the automation queue will no longer remain in the waiting list both in Global level automation and Company level automation.

Benefits to Users:
Enables loan officers and admins to quickly track opportunities based on time-sensitive criteria.

Supports data-driven decisions for re-engagement, campaigns, and reporting.

Funded Automation Trigger Sends Only to Borrowers
Date: Oct 17, 2025
Added logic so that when a transaction-based automation is triggered, the “Send Mail to Contact” action will execute only for the Borrower and not for other team members in the transaction.
Implementation Details:
Updated backend logic in the automation engine for transaction-based triggers (e.g., Funded status, Transaction Anniversary, etc.).
Added a condition to validate Team Title = Borrower before executing the email action.
If multiple team members exist in the transaction (e.g., Borrower, Co-Borrower, Agent, Processor), the system will filter and send emails only to the Borrower.
Updated notification logic to match the new email execution rule.
Tested across funded automation scenarios to ensure no emails are sent to unintended team roles.
Benefits to Users:
Ensures only Borrowers receive funded-related automation emails.
Prevents miscommunication with other team members (e.g., Co-Borrowers, Agents).
Enhances accuracy and professionalism in automated communication workflows.

Company Logo Placement in Mobile Email Signature
Implementation Details:
Adjusted the email signature layout so that on mobile devices, the company logo appears neatly below the signature, alongside the profile image and merge tag details.
What's Fixed?
Remove extra blank space when merge tag value is empty in email signature
Fix: The system now removes any extra space when a merge tag value is empty. The email signature remains properly aligned with other elements such as the profile picture, name, and company logo. This fix applies to all email templates where merge tags are used.
Only Send Home Anniversary to Borrowers
Fix: Backend logic has been implemented to ensure that the Transaction Anniversary notification is sent only when:
Transaction Status: Funded
Team Title: Borrower
Loan Purpose: Purchase
This ensures that only Borrower contacts receive the Home Anniversary email.
Follow-up List Page Anniversary List & Future Records by Soonest Date
Fix: Updated the Follow-up List page to display Anniversary records and future records sorted by the soonest date, ensuring that users see upcoming items first.
Selling System Not loaded In Suggestion Page

Align Signature Format When Profile and Company Logo are not Set or Blank
Date: Oct 10, 2025
When company logo and profile are empty, the signature content is aligned to the left.
Implementation Details:
If both the profile image and company logo were missing, the signature content would not shift, leaving empty space.
With this update, when both images are absent, the signature content automatically aligns to the left.
Expected Behavior:
Signature content should always be aligned properly based on the presence or absence of profile and logo images.
How to access:
Login → Account → Email signature
Skeleton Placeholder Removed When Company Logo Is Missing
Date: Oct 10, 2025
When the company logo was removed from the Profile screen, a skeleton placeholder image still appeared in email templates. This caused unnecessary blank elements and impacted the visual consistency of emails.
Implementation Details:
Added logic to detect when the company logo is empty or removed from the Profile screen.
The skeleton placeholder is now hidden in all instances where the company logo is not present.
Ensures that email templates only display relevant content without any placeholder artifacts.
Benefits to Users:
Cleaner email templates: No unnecessary skeleton placeholders are shown.
Improved visual experience: Emails look polished and professional.
Consistent layout: Signature and email content remain properly aligned even when the company logo is absent.

Date: Oct 10, 2025
Implemented the Transaction Data field in the Advanced Filter section of the Contacts List page. This enhancement allows users to filter contacts based on associated transaction data, enabling more precise and efficient contact management.
Implementation Details:
Added transaction-related fields to the Contacts List page filter options.
When users apply filters based on transaction data (e.g., loan type, loan purpose, amortization type, etc.), only contacts linked to matching transactions are displayed.
Ensures that filtering logic accurately maps transaction data to corresponding contacts.
Benefits to Users:
Helps Loan Officers (LOs) quickly identify and manage contacts based on transaction-specific criteria.
Improves efficiency by reducing manual searching.
Enables better data segmentation and targeted communication.
How to access:

Date: Oct 10, 2025
With this enhancement, users can now configure multiple email templates within the same automation, assigning each one to a specific transaction team role.

Enhanced the Send Email action to support multiple templates for different transaction team roles.
When an automation is triggered by a transaction event, users can now:
Select specific email templates for each role (e.g., Borrower, Agent, Processor, etc.).
Ensure that each role receives a message tailored to their part in the transaction process.
Example:
Borrower: “Your loan is pending” email template
Agent: “Your client’s loan is pending” email template
Benefits to Users:

Transactions are not visible at contact page
Fix: Resolved an issue where transaction records were temporarily hidden while editing in the individual contact screen. The problem occurred due to backend performance delays when multiple team titles were associated with a transaction. System performance has been optimized to ensure records remain visible and responsive during edits.
Deactivated Company Users Listed in Company’s Campaign Popup
Fix: Resolved an issue where Deactivated Company Users were appearing in the Company’s Campaign popup. The dropdown list has been updated to display only active users, ensuring accurate user selection when sending company campaigns.

This enhancement prevents the display of empty or irrelevant title fields and improves data accuracy within the transaction workflow.
