We have implemented a Refinance Opportunity Automation Trigger that allows users to automate key actions for refinance opportunities. This includes sending emails, assigning one or more categories, and other predefined actions to the relevant transaction contacts.

Implementation Details:

  • The trigger is linked to refinance opportunities in the system.

  • Users can define automation rules that execute automatically whenever a refinance opportunity meets the criteria.

  • Actions such as sending notifications, adding categories, or updating records are performed without manual intervention.

Add Transaction Anniversary Milestone + Alert

Adding Transaction Anniversary to Milestones and Alerts helps users stay informed about the anniversary of a contact’s transaction.

Implementation Details:

  • A Transaction Anniversary is triggered when a transaction’s loan status has been “Funded” for one year as of today’s date.

  • The system generates a Milestone entry and an Alert for the anniversary.

  • Users can quickly view and take action on anniversary notifications through the Milestone and Alert interface.

Benefits to Users:

  • Timely Reminders – Users are notified of transaction anniversaries automatically.

  • Improved Follow-up – Helps users engage with contacts at important milestones.

  • Enhanced Relationship Management – Provides opportunities for outreach, upselling, or personalized communication.

Adding "Loan Status" to Contacts

Date: Sep 26, 2025

Implemented Loan Status as a column in the Contact screen to help users quickly see the status of each contact’s loan.

Implementation Details:

  • A new Loan Status column has been added to the Contact screen.

  • Displays the current status of each contact’s loan (e.g., Funded, Processing, Application Submitted).

  • The column updates automatically as loan statuses change, ensuring real-time accuracy.

  • Quick Insights – Users can immediately see the loan status of all contacts without opening individual records.

What's Improved?

  1. Update to Contact Record Page

    Updated the Contact Record Page UI to improve usability and make functions more user-friendly.

    Implementation Details:

    • Redesigned the layout of the contact screen for better navigation and readability.

    • Key functions and actions are now more accessible and easier to interact with.

    • Optimized UI elements to reduce clutter and improve overall user experience.

  2. Move Email Signature to Profile Setup

    The Email Signature feature has been moved from Preferences to the Profile screen, making it easier for users to add and manage their signature.

    Implementation Details:

    • Users can now set or update their email signature directly from their Profile screen.

    • Simplifies the workflow by centralizing personal settings in one place.

    • Ensures signatures are applied consistently across all outgoing emails.

What's Fixed?

  1. Rate Alert not going to right place when clicking

    Fix:

    We corrected the navigation logic for Rate Alert notifications. Now, when a user clicks on a Rate Alert, they are taken directly to the correct page with the relevant details, ensuring a smoother workflow.

  2. Company-level tags are not being captured on the Campaign screen.

    Fix:

    We implemented new logic to ensure that company-level tags are now visible under each company user’s individual campaign screen. This makes campaign data more transparent and consistent across all levels.

  3. "Sent Date time" Sorting are not working as expected in Company campaign screen

    Fix:

    • We implemented a sorting logic in the backend to ensure records are ordered consistently and displayed correctly.

    • This improves data accuracy, readability, and provides users with a more reliable and consistent experience when viewing records.

  4. Smart list improvements

    Fix:

    • We implemented the missing operator logic in the second condition of the Advanced Filter to ensure filters work correctly.

    • We resolved this issue so that filters now apply only to the selected screen (Individual or Company) without affecting the other.

    • Users can now rely on more accurate filtering in both Advanced Filter conditions and across different contact screens, improving search precision and usability.

  5. Individual users not on a company can't duplicate our templates

    Fix:

    We have enabled access for individual users to clone Global-level templates into their own marketing page. This allows them to quickly adapt and customize existing templates for their needs.

  6. Unable to Create New Accounts from Contacts Page

    Fix:

    Implemented logic that allows users to directly create an account name either through inline edit or within the Individual Contact screen. This streamlines the workflow by removing extra steps, making it faster and easier for users to create and manage account names directly where they are working.

September - 3rd Week

New Feature

Implement snooze and mark complete option in Opportunities

Date: Sep 19, 2025

This update introduces two key enhancements to Opportunities within Follow-ups: the ability to snooze opportunities to a future date and the option to mark opportunities as complete. With flexible snooze durations and a streamlined way to close out completed items, users can maintain a cleaner follow-up list, stay focused on active tasks, and manage opportunities more efficiently.

Snooze Option:

  • Added the ability to snooze opportunities in the Follow-up → Opportunity page.

  • Snooze durations available: Tomorrow, 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.

  • Opportunities cannot be snoozed to the same date as their creation date.

Mark Complete Option:

  • Users can now mark opportunities as Complete.

  • Once marked complete, the opportunity will be permanently removed from the Follow-up screen.

Benefits to Users:

  • Better control over follow-ups – Users can snooze opportunities to a future date that suits their workflow, reducing clutter in their daily view.

  • Improved productivity – By marking opportunities as Complete, users can focus only on active and pending items, keeping their follow-up list clean.

  • Flexibility – Multiple snooze options (from tomorrow up to 1 year) allow users to adapt reminders to different business cycles.

Remove "From Name" & " Email" from entire Campaign model

Date: Sep 19, 2025

In this release, we have removed the “From Name” and “Email” fields from the entire Campaign model. Previously, these fields caused sender details (name and email) to reflect inconsistently in recipients’ inboxes, sometimes leading to confusion or reduced email engagement.

  • To prevent unintended reflection of sender details in recipient mailboxes.

  • To simplify the campaign creation process for Loan Officers (LOs).

  • To maintain a standardized sender identity across all campaigns.

User Benefits:

  • Improved Deliverability & Trust – Emails will appear with consistent sender details, reducing the risk of confusion or mistrust from recipients.

  • Streamlined Setup – Loan Officers no longer have to enter or manage redundant “From Name” and “Email” fields while creating campaigns.

Benefits to Users:

  • Better control over follow-ups – Users can snooze opportunities to a future date that suits their workflow, reducing clutter in their daily view.

  • Improved productivity – By marking opportunities as Complete, users can focus only on active and pending items, keeping their follow-up list clean.

Add Avatar for Referrals + Click on Avatar to Go To Contact

We’ve added an avatar for referrals in the application. Users can now click on the referral’s avatar to directly open that person’s contact details page.

Implementation Details:

  • Each referral is now displayed with an avatar icon.

  • Clicking the avatar seamlessly navigates the user to the referral’s contact information.

  • Quick Access to Information – Save time by directly opening a referral’s contact details with a single click.

  • Improved Usability – The avatar provides a visual identifier, making referrals easier to recognize.

Add search feature to the pipeline section

A new search functionality has been introduced in the Pipeline section. Loan Officers (LOs) can now easily search for and filter transaction contacts within the Pipeline tabs.

  • Added a search bar in the Pipeline section.

  • Allows users to quickly find specific transaction records by typing keywords or contact details.

  • Improves navigation across large volumes of transaction data.

When clicking on refinance alert from the Follow-up opportunity - Open Refinance Calculator

We’ve added a direct integration between refinance alerts in the Follow-up → Opportunity section and the Refinance Calculator. When users click on a refinance alert, the system will now open the calculator automatically.

Implementation Details:

  • Clicking a refinance alert launches the Refinance Calculator.

  • The calculator helps Loan Officers evaluate refinancing options based on the borrower’s existing loan amount, shorter terms, and lower interest rates.

  • Provides instant comparisons to identify the best match loan scenario.

Added new merge tags for Application Link and Review Link in Email Template Builder

We’ve added a direct integration between refinance alerts in the Follow-up → Opportunity section and the Refinance Calculator. When users click on a refinance alert, the system will now open the calculator automatically.

Implementation Details:

  • We have introduced two new merge tags in the email template builder: Application Link and Review Link.

  • These tags work as anchor links, allowing users to insert their application or review site directly into their email templates.

  • When a campaign email is sent, the merge tags are automatically replaced with the respective links. This ensures that recipients can easily click on the links to access the application or review page.

User Benefits:

  • Users can quickly add their application and review links without manually editing the email content.

  • Recipients can directly access the intended website with just one click, improving engagement and ease of use.

What's Improved?

  1. Manual Import Error - Birthdays

    Fix:

    Updated import logic to accept both mm-dd and mm/dd date formats for birthdays and anniversaries.

    Result:

    The system now correctly imports dates in either 12-01 or 12/01 format, ensuring seamless processing without errors.

  2. Vision Board Response Time Seems Off

    Fix:

    Optimized the Vision Board activity creation process to improve response time, especially when a user has a large number of contacts

    Result:

    Reduced the time it takes to create activities on the Vision Board, ensuring smoother performance even with a large contact list.

  3. Follow-up Alerts

    Fix:

    Resolved an issue where past follow-up records were incorrectly appearing in the suggestions popup under the notification icon.

    Result:

    Only relevant and upcoming follow-up alerts are now shown, ensuring accurate and timely suggestions.

  4. Company Campaign Send Options Modal Verbiage Update

    Fix:

    Updated the verbiage in the Company Campaign Send Options modal to clarify the options and reduce user confusion.

    Result:

    Improved UI clarity, providing users with a more intuitive and straightforward experience when setting up campaigns.

  5. Interest Rate Form – Loan Type Field Made Optional

    Fix:

    • Made the Loan Type field optional in the Company Interest creation and transaction creation popups.

    • Some loan types from third-party applications were not mapping correctly with the CRM.

    • Making the field optional helps avoid import errors and improves flexibility during data entry.

    Result:

    Smoother data import from external sources and fewer interruptions when creating company interests or transactions.

  6. Rate Alert Suggestion List Enhancement

    Fix:

    Updated the Rate Alert suggestion list to display the borrower’s name along with the loan identifier.

    Result:

    • When multiple transactions exist for the same borrower with different sale identifiers, the notification popup now shows:

    • Borrower Name (Identifier) — making it easier to distinguish between transactions.

  7. Active Global Template Visibility in Company Campaign Modal

    Fix:

    Implemented backend logic to ensure that Super Admins have full access to use active global templates in the Company Campaign modal.

    Result:

    Super Admins can now see and select active global templates within the Company Campaign modal, improving campaign management flexibility.

New Feature

Ability to Exclude Contacts from Automations Based on Tags

Date: Sep 12, 2025

Users now have the ability to exclude contacts from automations by using tags at individual, company, and global levels. This feature allows more granular control over which contacts are included or excluded from automation workflows.

Details of Tags:

  • Individual Tags: Exclude specific contacts based on personalized tags applied at the individual level.

  • Company Tags: Exclude contacts from automations based on tags applied at the company level, offering flexibility for companies with varying needs.

  • Global Tags: Use globally shared tags to exclude contacts across the entire organization, ensuring consistency in your automation processes.

How It Works:

  • Tagging: Assign tags to contacts at the individual, company, or global level.

  • Exclusion Criteria: When setting up an automation, users can choose to exclude contacts with specific tags from being included in that automation.

  • Automation Logic: Contacts with excluded tags will be automatically removed from the automation workflow, ensuring they don't receive specific communication.

Benefits to Users:

  • Enhanced Flexibility: Tailor automation workflows more precisely to avoid sending irrelevant messages to contacts based on their specific tags.

Smart Lists and Campaign Management at Company level

Easily create Smart Lists with custom filters and send targeted campaigns to the right audience. With support for both Smart Lists and Tags, Company Admins can now segment contacts more effectively, deliver personalized messages, and improve campaign performance.

  1. Create Smart Lists by Filtering Contacts

    • Company Admins can now create Smart Lists by applying custom filters to their contacts. This allows for better segmentation based on various criteria, such as behavior, contact details, and engagement levels.

  2. Send Campaigns to Smart Lists

    • Admins can send campaigns specifically to Smart Lists they’ve created, ensuring that the right messages are sent to the right audience based on the filtered data.

  3. Send Campaigns to Tags

    • In addition to Smart Lists, Company Admins can now send campaigns to contacts based on Tags. This provides an additional layer of targeting, enabling campaigns to reach specific groups of contacts marked by tags, such as interests, stages in the sales process, or customer types.

Benefits to Users:

  • Enhanced Targeting: Company Admins can now segment contacts more effectively using Smart Lists and Tags, ensuring that campaigns are relevant and personalized for the audience.

Enhanced Import Transaction with Multi-Team Title Contact Support

The Import Transaction feature now supports adding multiple team contacts under a single loan, improving management and visibility of loan participants.

Key Features:

  1. Multiple Team Contacts:
    Supports CoBorrowers, Buyer, Seller, Processor, Insurance, Escrow, and Title roles under a single loan.

  2. Standardized Import Template:
    Provides a consistent template with predefined headings for each role to ensure accurate imports.

  3. Custom Fields:
    Extra headers not covered by the template are recognized as custom fields, allowing flexible data capture.

  4. Linking Multiple Contacts:
    Allows importing multiple contacts for the same loan (e.g., two CoBorrowers), keeping them linked to one loan.

  5. Centralized Contact Management:
    All team contacts and their custom fields are grouped and mapped under the related loan for a centralized view.

  6. Auto-Selection of Standardized Fields:
    Standardized template fields are auto-selected during import; custom fields must be manually configured.

  7. Mandatory Fields:
    First Name and Email Address are required for each team contact.

  8. Custom Fields for Each Contact:

    Each contact can have Accountable CRM custom fields for better tracking.

  1. 'Sent via' Feature improvements

    Fix:

    • If the automation is triggered from a Global campaign, it will display "Sent via: Global level."

    • If triggered from a Company campaign, it will display "Sent via: Company level."

    • If triggered from an Individual campaign, it will display "Sent via: Individual level."

    • If mail sent from Send mail option , it will display "Sent via: manual."

  2. Automatically add contact when clicking on email icon from Follow-up

    Fix:

    When you click on the email icon in the Follow-up screen, the system will automatically populate the contact's email address for quick communication.

  3. Remove editor icon from Trigger & Action, when its navigate from an automation preview

    Fix:

    The logic has been updated to remove the editor icon from the Trigger and Action sections when users navigate from an automation preview. This update ensures a cleaner interface and a more seamless user experience when reviewing automation setups.

  4. Automation Preview is not redirecting to Automation builder screen

    Fix:

    The logic has been updated to ensure that users are now directly redirected to the Automation Builder screen when navigating from the Individual Contact Screen or the History Tab. This enhancement improves navigation flow and user experience.

  5. Global Automation tags should display only global tags, not user tags

    Fix:

    The logic has been updated to ensure that only global tags are shown during the automation creation process. User tags will no longer be loaded in this context.

    Result:

    As a result, users can now clearly see only global tags when creating automations, improving the tag selection process and ensuring consistency in automation settings.

September - 1st Week

New Features

Added History Tab to Company Admin Campaigns Section

Date: Sep 05, 2025

We have introduced a new History tab in the Company Admin → Campaigns section. This enhancement allows company admins to easily track all company-level campaigns executed for their users’ contacts.

Details of Implementation:

  • The History tab displays past campaigns initiated at the company level.

  • Company admins can now monitor which campaigns were sent, when they were sent, and the related performance data (if applicable).

  • Improves transparency between Super Admin–created campaigns and Company Admin oversight.

Benefits to Users:

  • Better visibility into company-level campaigns targeting their contacts.

  • Improved tracking of campaign activities for accountability and reporting.

  • Enhanced collaboration between Super Admin and Company Admin roles by keeping a clear record of executed campaigns.

Opportunities Integrated into Follow-ups

We’ve streamlined the experience by merging the Opportunities tab into the Follow-ups table. This makes it easier for users to manage everything in one place without switching between tabs.

Details of Implementation:

  • Opportunities now appear directly in the Follow-ups section when the assigned alert threshold is greater than or equal to the defined limit.

  • The Opportunity date automatically updates when the transaction status changes to Funded.

    • Example: If a transaction is funded today, the Opportunity date will also be set to today.

Benefits to Users:

  • Simplified Navigation – No more switching between Follow-ups and Opportunities.

  • Smarter Tracking – Opportunities are automatically aligned with alert thresholds and funding events.

  • Improved Efficiency – A unified view of tasks and opportunities helps teams stay organized and manage priorities better.

“Send to All Contacts” Option for Scheduled Automations

We’ve added a “Send to All Contacts” option that lets you schedule an automation to run at the same time for both B2C and B2B contact types.

How It Works:

  • When the “Schedule to All Contacts” checkbox is enabled, the individual type trigger conditions will be hidden automatically.

  • This ensures a cleaner setup process and avoids duplication of automations for different contact types.

Benefits to Users:

  • Simplified Setup – No need to configure separate triggers for B2C and B2B.

  • Time Efficiency – Schedule once and reach all contacts at the same time.

  • Consistency – Ensures that messaging remains uniform across contact types.

Exclude Contact option in Campaign form

Date: Sep 05, 2025

We have implemented a new Exclude Contact option inside the Campaign form. This enhancement gives business users more control over which contacts should not receive campaign communications.

Details of Implementation:

  • The Exclude option is now supported for:

    • Selling System

    • Tags

    • Smart Lists

  • Excluded contacts will not receive emails or communications associated with that campaign, even if they match other inclusion criteria.

Benefits to Users:

  • Improved targeting – ensures campaigns reach only the intended audience.

  • Reduced errors – prevents sending messages to contacts who should be excluded (e.g., unsubscribed, test contacts, or internal users).

  • Greater flexibility – business users can now fine-tune their campaigns by combining inclusion and exclusion rules.

  • Time savings – no need for manual filtering or creating multiple duplicate lists just to exclude certain contacts.

What's Improved?

  1. Infinite Scroll - Not loading quickly and freezing up

    Fix:

    Resolved an issue by updating the logic to append rows directly in Grid.js instead of re-rendering the entire table.

    Result:

    Now only the latest records are fetched and appended as new rows, ensuring a smoother UI experience without freezing or lag.

  2. Company-Level Automations – Add Owner

    Implementation:

    Introduced an “Owner” column in Company-level automations to display the creator of the automation.

    Result:

    Loan Officers (LOs) can now easily identify who created each automation, improving clarity and accountability.

  3. Company Admin – Global Automation Edit Restriction

    Fix:

    • Removed the editor option for Global Automations in non-editable mode.

    • Introduced an eye (view-only) icon to improve visibility of assigned triggers and actions.

    Result:

    Company Admins can now clearly view Global Automations without having the ability to edit them, ensuring proper access control and better clarity.

  4. “Is Not” Condition Not Handling Blank Values in Contact Tag smart filter

    Fix:

    Updated the condition logic to properly handle empty values. After applying this fix, the filter now works as expected when blank values are present.

    Result:

    Users can now reliably use the “Is Not” condition with blank values in Contact Tags without any filtering issues.

  5. Remove the from and reply to section of email automation

    Fix:

    We have removed the From and Reply-To sections from the email creation flow within automations.

    Result:

    The email automation setup is now cleaner and easier to configure, avoiding redundant fields.

  6. Go Straight to Email Template Builder on Email Template Creation

    Fix:

    We have removed those extra steps so that users are taken directly to the Email Template Builder when creating a new email template.
