New Automation Trigger: Automation Actions When Contact Lead Stage Changes

Date: April 10, 2026

This automation trigger is activated when a contact’s lead stage is changed within the pipeline. Once the stage is updated, the system evaluates the configured automation conditions and executes the defined actions when those conditions are met.

Implementation Details:

  • The trigger listens for any changes made to the Lead Stage field of a contact in the pipeline.

  • It is executed only when there is a valid stage transition (i.e., from one stage to another).

  • The system validates all configured conditions associated with the automation before execution.

  • If the conditions are satisfied, the configured actions (e.g., sending emails, updating fields, assigning tasks) are triggered.

  • The trigger works at the CRM level and respects user permissions and visibility settings.

  • Duplicate or redundant executions are avoided by ensuring the trigger runs only on actual changes to the lead stage.

Benefits to Users:

  • Improved Efficiency: Automates actions based on lead stage changes, reducing manual effort.

  • Better Lead Management: Ensures timely follow-ups and actions as leads progress through stages.

  • Consistency: Standardizes workflows across the pipeline, minimizing human errors.

  • Real-Time Updates: Instantly triggers actions when stage changes occur.

  • Enhanced Productivity: Allows users to focus on high-value tasks while routine processes are automated.

New Automation Trigger: Transaction Date Added

Date: April 10, 2026

This automation trigger is activated when a transaction is created and the Transaction Date Added(Appraisal ordered & received dates) field is populated. Once the transaction is added, the system evaluates the configured automation conditions and executes the defined actions if the conditions are met.

Implementation Details:

  • The trigger listens for the creation of a new transaction in the system.

  • It is executed when the Transaction Date Added field is set or updated during transaction creation.

  • The system validates all configured automation conditions before execution.

  • If the conditions are satisfied, the configured actions (e.g., sending emails, updating fields, assigning tasks) are triggered.

  • The trigger works at the CRM level and respects user roles and permissions.

  • The automation is executed only once per transaction creation to avoid duplicate triggers.

Benefits to Users:

  • Automated Workflows: Reduces manual intervention when new transactions are added.

  • Timely Actions: Ensures immediate follow-ups or notifications upon transaction creation.

  • Improved Tracking: Helps in monitoring new transactions efficiently.

  • Consistency: Ensures standardized actions for every new transaction.

  • Increased Productivity: Saves time by automating repetitive tasks.

New Automation Trigger: Automate Actions When Transaction TBD Stage Changes

Date: April 10, 2026

This automation trigger is activated when the TBD stage of a transaction is changed. Once the stage is updated, the system evaluates the configured automation conditions and executes the defined actions if those conditions are met.

Implementation Details:

  • The trigger listens for changes to the TBD Stage field of a transaction.

  • It is executed only when there is a valid stage transition (i.e., from one stage to another).

  • The system validates all configured automation conditions before execution.

  • If the conditions are satisfied, the configured actions (e.g., sending emails, updating fields, assigning tasks) are triggered.

  • The trigger works at the CRM level and respects user roles and permissions.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

Date: April 10, 2026

Explore the latest fixes, improvements, and feature enhancements designed to make your workflow smoother.

What's Improved?

  1. Enable Custom Lead Source privileges for Super Admin users

This enhancement enables Super Admin users to manage custom lead sources within the system. Super Admins can create, edit, and manage lead source values used across contacts and transactions.

    Implementation Details:

    • Added privilege control to allow Super Admin users to access and manage custom lead sources.

    • Super Admins can create new lead sources and modify existing ones.

    • Changes are reflected across all modules where lead sources are used.

    • Access is restricted based on user roles to ensure proper control and security.

    Benefits to Users:

    • Centralized Control: Super Admins can manage lead sources from a single place.

    • Improved Data Accuracy: Ensures consistent and standardized lead source values.

    • Flexibility: Allows customization based on business needs.

    • Better Reporting: Accurate lead source data improves analytics and reporting.

What's Fixed?

  1. Transactions not showing in production tracker
Fix: Identified an issue at the script level that was preventing funded transactions from being displayed in the production tracker. This has now been resolved by updating the script logic to correctly include funded transactions. As a result, all eligible funded transactions will now appear as expected in the production tracker.

  2. Custom Fields Now Display Correctly for Company Contacts
Fix: Resolved an issue where custom fields were not properly linked to company contacts. The logic has been updated to ensure custom fields are now correctly associated and displayed across company contact records.

  3. Smart List Now Displays All Predefined Conditions Correctly
Fix: Resolved an issue where some predefined conditions were not consistently fetched and displayed in the Smart List. The logic has been enhanced to ensure that all predefined conditions are now properly retrieved and shown as expected. This improvement ensures better accuracy when configuring filters and enhances the overall reliability of Smart List functionality.

  4. Edit Functionality Added to Email Template Page
Encountered an issue where, while editing an email template, the system always redirected to the Admin page.

Fix: This issue has been resolved by updating the navigation logic. Users can now edit email templates without being redirected to the Admin page.

  5. Closing date falls with Negative
When the closing date is null in the third-party application, it results in a negative value being fetched in the system.

Fix: This issue has been resolved by updating the logic to handle null values correctly. The system will now fetch and display the appropriate closing date instead of a negative value.

  6. Contact List Now Supports Select All Functionality
We identified an issue where the "Select All" option in the Contact List screen was not working as expected.

Fix:  This issue has been resolved by updating the selection logic to ensure that all contacts are properly selected when the "Select All" option is used. The functionality has been validated and is now working as expected.

  7. Activity Duplication Removed from Tracker
We identified an issue where activities were being duplicated in the Activity Tracker.

Fix: This issue has been resolved by updating the logic to prevent duplicate activity entries. The system now ensures that each activity is recorded only once, eliminating duplication in the Activity Tracker. The fix has been validated and is working as expected.
