New Feature

Track How Every Loan Was Originated - Loan Channel Added To Transaction Creation

Date: April 30, 2026

Knowing where a loan came from is just as important as closing it. A new Loan Channel field is now available in the Transaction Creation popup - so every deal carries the full picture of how it originated, right from the moment it's recorded.

Implementation Details:

  • A new Loan Channel dropdown is available in the Transaction Creation popup - select the channel that best describes how the loan was originated (e.g. Banked - Retail, Banked - Wholesale, Brokered, Correspondent).

  • The selected Loan Channel is saved with the transaction and appears immediately under the Transactions section of the contact's individual profile page - no extra steps needed.

  • Loan Channel can also be updated when editing an existing transaction, keeping your records accurate over time.

  • The stored Loan Channel value opens the door for future filtering and reporting - making it easier to analyze performance by origination source.

  • The addition is fully integrated into the existing transaction workflow - nothing about the current experience has changed, just extended.

How to Access:

Login → Scoreboard → Quick Action → Transaction

Automations Can Now Stop on a Contact Based Loan Channel

Date: April 30, 2026

Not every automation should run the same way for every loan type. You can now set Loan Channel as an End Condition - so when a contact's loan channel matches what you've defined, the automation stops automatically. No manual intervention, no irrelevant steps firing on the wrong leads.

Implementation Details:

  • Loan Channel is now available as an End Condition in the Automation builder - select the channel value that should bring the automation to a halt.

  • When a contact's associated transaction matches the defined Loan Channel, the automation stops immediately for that specific contact.

  • The system checks the contact's transaction records automatically - no extra tagging or manual setup required on your end.

How to Access:

Login → Scoreboard → Marketing → Automations

Loan Channel is Now Supported in Transaction Import at The Company Level

Date: April 30, 2026

If you're importing transactions in bulk, you no longer have to go back and manually fill in the Loan Channel for each record. Simply include a Loan Channel column in your CSV or spreadsheet and map it during import - the field populates automatically, linked to the right transaction and contact from the start.

Implementation Details:

  • The Loan Channel field is now available in the Transaction Import flow at the Company level - include it as a column in your CSV or Excel file before uploading.

  • During import, map the Loan Channel column to the corresponding field - the values are saved and linked directly to each transaction and its associated contact or company profile.

  • Imported Loan Channel values are immediately available as Automation End Conditions - so your workflows can act on them right away without any extra setup.

  • Fully compatible with your existing import and automation configurations -  no changes to your current process, just one more powerful field to work with.

How to Access:

Company Admins can now fully customize lead sources

Date: April 24, 2026

Not every company tracks leads the same way. As a Company Admin, you now have full control over which lead sources are visible to your team — and you can create your own to match exactly how your business captures new opportunities.

Implementation Details:

  • Previously, there was a single toggle to activate or deactivate all lead sources at once. Now, each lead source has its own individual toggle — so you can activate only what's relevant to your team and deactivate the rest.

  • Company Admins can now create custom lead sources that reflect your company's unique acquisition channels — think referral programs, events, partnerships, and more.

  • Any active lead source — default or custom — instantly appears in the contact creation form for all your users, keeping everyone aligned from the moment a lead is added.

  • With cleaner, company-specific options at the point of entry, your team can categorize new leads more accurately — making your pipeline data more meaningful from day one.

Introduced "No Sale" stage in the TBD pipeline

Date: April 24, 2026

To improve clarity and decision tracking within the pipeline, we’ve introduced a new “No Sale” stage in the TBD section. This enhancement allows Loan Officers to formally close out contacts that didn’t progress—while preserving the context behind every decision. Instead of losing visibility on why a deal stalled, teams can now capture, reference, and act on those insights in future interactions.

Implementation Details:

  • Easily mark contacts as No Sale directly within the TBD pipeline to clearly define non-converted opportunities.

  • Users are prompted to provide a reason when selecting No Sale, ensuring every outcome is backed by meaningful context.

  • The No Sale status and its reason are reflected within the transaction creation popup, maintaining continuity across workflows.

  • Previously marked No Sale contacts will display their status and reason in future interactions—enabling smarter, more informed decision-making.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

Date: April 24, 2026

Explore the latest fixes, improvements, and feature enhancements designed to make your workflow smoother.

What's Improved?

  1. End Conditions now support Lead Stage

Automations can now stop automatically when a lead reaches the Lead Stage selected in the End Conditions.

    • Select Lead Stage as an End Condition and choose the stage that should stop the automation.

    • Once a lead reaches that stage, the automation exits immediately and skips all remaining steps for that lead.

  2. Leads Pipeline now shows the Lead Purpose badge under each contact name

The Lead Purpose set during contact creation was not showing up in the pipeline. It now appears as a badge directly under the contact's name — so your team can see the purpose of every lead at a glance.

    • Set a Lead Purpose when creating a contact, and it will appear as a badge under the contact name in the Leads Pipeline tab.

    • Quickly scan and distinguish leads by purpose without opening each contact.

  3. End Conditions now support TBD Stage

Automations can now stop automatically when a contact’s transaction reaches the TBD Stage selected in the End Conditions.

    • Select TBD Stage as an End Condition and choose the stage that should stop the automation.

    • Once the selected TBD Stage is reached, the automation exits immediately and skips all remaining steps for that contact.

  4. "Contact is Updated" trigger now supports Lead Purpose as an automation condition

Automations can now respond to changes in Lead Purpose — giving you more precise control over when and how your workflows fire based on what a lead is actually there for.

    • Lead Purpose is now available as a field within the Contact is Updated trigger — set it as a condition to make your automations more targeted and relevant.

    • When a contact's Lead Purpose changes, the automation fires automatically — improving workflow accuracy and reducing manual intervention.

  5. Contact Modal — "Lead Purpose" now saves and reflects on the contact page

The Lead Purpose dropdown was missing from the contact creation flow and wasn't visible on the individual contact page. Both are now fixed.

    • Lead Purpose is now available in the Contact Creation Modal — set it right when adding a new contact.

    • The selected value correctly carries over and is now visible on the individual contact page.

April - 2nd Week

New Feature

Activity Recorder Updates – Default KPIs Section

Date: April 17, 2026

This update enhances the Default KPIs section in the Record Activity modal by replacing the existing universal KPI list with two clearly defined sections: B2C (Consumer) and B2B (Referral Partners).

The activity recorder will now display only relevant, manually trackable KPIs, while system-driven KPIs (such as Prequalified and Pre-Approved) are excluded and handled through automated logging. This ensures a cleaner, more intuitive user experience and reduces manual effort.

Implementation Details:

  • The existing Default KPIs list is removed and replaced with two sections:

    • B2C — Consumer

    • B2B — Referral Partners

  • KPIs such as Prequalified and Pre-Approved are removed from the activity recorder and handled via auto-logging based on TBD stage changes.

  • System-triggered KPIs implementation:

    • Automatically create activity log entries when defined triggers occur (e.g., stage changes, contact creation).

    • Prequalified LO - sets TBD stage to Prequalified

    • Pre-Approved LO - sets TBD stage to Pre-Approved

    • New Contacts (B2C) - New contact created in CRM

    • New Leads (B2C) - Contact created as lead with $ amount

    • New Contacts (B2B) - New partner contact created in CRM

    • Increment KPI counts in the background without user interaction.

  • UI updates:

    • Record Activity modal redesigned to clearly separate B2C and B2B sections.

    • Improved labeling and grouping for better usability.

Benefits to Users:

  • Clear KPI Segmentation- Separate B2C and B2B sections simplify performance tracking.

Manage Interest Rates with Active/Inactive Toggle

Date: April 17, 2026

Introduces an Active/Inactive toggle for managing interest rates. When enabled, the system will consider the configured interest rates for opportunity creation. When disabled, the system will ignore the interest rate criteria and no opportunities will be created based on those rates.

Implementation Details:

  • A toggle (Active/Inactive) is added to the Interest Rates configuration.

  • When the toggle is set to Active, the system evaluates the defined interest rate criteria during processing.

  • If the criteria are met, opportunities are created accordingly.

  • When the toggle is set to Inactive, the system skips interest rate-based evaluation and prevents opportunity creation based on those criteria.

  • The toggle state is stored at the configuration level and respected during CRON or real-time execution.

  • Proper validation ensures that only valid and active configurations are considered during execution.

  • Logging is implemented to track whether the toggle was active or inactive during processing.

Benefits to Users:

  • Better Control: Easily enable or disable interest rate-based automation without removing configurations.

  • Flexibility: Allows temporary suspension of logic without impacting existing data.

  • Reduced Errors: Prevents unintended opportunity creation when not required.

  • Operational Efficiency: Eliminates the need for manual intervention or configuration changes.

  • Improved Monitoring: Helps track and manage system behavior based on toggle state.

What's Improved?

  1. Email Signature Upgrade: Hyperlink Functionality

Changes have been made to ensure that when links are added to the email signature, they are displayed as clickable hyperlinks in the email signature preview.

  2. Enhancing Lead Tracking with “Application Sent” Stage

The "Application Sent" option has been added to the Lead Stage dropdown, allowing users to better track and manage leads at this stage of the pipeline.

  3. Email Template - Mortgage Application Link - Adjust Display

The display of the Mortgage Application link in the Email Template has been refined to ensure proper formatting and improved visibility, providing a better user experience when viewing and using the link.

  4. Search doesn't work for leads pipeline
Improved the pipeline search experience by ensuring entered values are displayed correctly. Search inputs now persist until manually cleared for better continuity. Clearing the search resets the view to display all data.

  5. Pipeline & Contact filter - Closing automatically
Updated the UI behavior by changing the filter color to green when a filter is applied. This provides a clear visual indication that filters are active and helps prevent confusion caused by the filters closing automatically.

  6. Remove the "export" ability under the pipeline for all sections: leads, TBD, active, funded, cancelled, Partners.
The Export option has been removed from all pipeline sections, including Leads, TBD, Active, Funded, Cancelled, and Partners, to restrict data export functionality across these modules.

What's Fixed?

  1. Monthly count is not showing in Production tracker
Fix: The issue was due to a data accuracy inconsistency, which has now been resolved. The monthly count is now reflected correctly.

  2. Edit functionality in Pipeline transaction contacts
Fix: An issue was identified in the edit functionality of Pipeline transaction contacts when handling multiple contacts. While updates worked correctly for a single contact, changes were not saved as expected when multiple contacts were involved.

This has been resolved by updating the edit logic to ensure all transaction contacts are saved and reflected correctly.

  3. Email signatures sent through Quick-Add email
Fix: Updated the Quick-Add email functionality to ensure that email signatures are consistent with those used in campaign sends. Email signatures will now appear the same when emails are sent from the quick action menu.

  4. Automation "Transaction is created" Trigger issue
Fix: An issue was identified due to a system glitch affecting the "Transaction is Created" automation trigger. This has been resolved by refining the underlying logic to ensure proper execution. The automation now triggers correctly based on the defined conditions.

What's Fixed?

  1. Transactions not showing in production tracker
Fix: Identified an issue at the script level that was preventing funded transactions from being displayed in the production tracker. This has now been resolved by updating the script logic to correctly include funded transactions. As a result, all eligible funded transactions will now appear as expected in the production tracker.

  2. Custom Fields Now Display Correctly for Company Contacts
Fix: Resolved an issue where custom fields were not properly linked to company contacts. The logic has been updated to ensure custom fields are now correctly associated and displayed across company contact records.

  3. Smart List Now Displays All Predefined Conditions Correctly
Fix: Resolved an issue where some predefined conditions were not consistently fetched and displayed in the Smart List. The logic has been enhanced to ensure that all predefined conditions are now properly retrieved and shown as expected. This improvement ensures better accuracy when configuring filters and enhances the overall reliability of Smart List functionality.

Fix: This issue has been resolved by updating the navigation logic. Users can now edit email templates without being redirected to the Admin page.

  5. Closing date falls with Negative
When the closing date is null in the third-party application, it results in a negative value being fetched in the system.

Fix: This issue has been resolved by updating the logic to handle null values correctly. The system will now fetch and display the appropriate closing date instead of a negative value.

  6. Contact List Now Supports Select All Functionality
We identified an issue where the "Select All" option in the Contact List screen was not working as expected.

Fix:  This issue has been resolved by updating the selection logic to ensure that all contacts are properly selected when the "Select All" option is used. The functionality has been validated and is now working as expected.
