Introduced a Date Range filter in the Pipeline to help users easily view and analyze data based on specific time periods. The filter includes predefined options such as This Week, This Month, This Quarter, and This Year, along with a Custom Range option for more flexibility. This enhancement improves data visibility and allows users to quickly focus on relevant pipeline activities without manual date selection.

Implementation Details:

  • Introduced a Date Range filter in the Pipeline with the following options:

    • This Week

    • This Month

    • This Quarter

    • This Year

    • Custom Range

  • Users can quickly filter pipeline data based on predefined time ranges or select a custom date range as needed.

  • The filter is accessible directly within the Pipeline view for quick and efficient data analysis.

Benefits to Users:

  • Provides better control over email communications at the company level.

  • Helps prevent unintended or unauthorized email sending.

  • Useful for compliance, testing, or temporary suspension of email functionality.

Pipeline Enhancements: Excluding Older Loans from View & Metrics

Introduced the ability to hide older loans in the Pipeline, allowing users to maintain a cleaner and more focused view of active data. Hidden loans are excluded from both the Pipeline display and all reporting calculations, ensuring that metrics and totals reflect only relevant and active records. This enhancement improves data clarity, accuracy, and overall usability.

Implementation Details:

  • Introduced the ability to hide older loans in the Pipeline view for better data management.

  • Hidden loans will no longer appear in the active Pipeline view.

  • Updated Pipeline and Reporting calculations to automatically exclude hidden loans from all metrics and totals.

  • Ensures consistency between what users see in the Pipeline and the reported data.

  1. Update Leads "transaction potential" field to be clickable/editable right from the pipeline view
    Improved:

    The "Transaction Potential" field is now clickable and editable directly from the Pipeline view, allowing users to quickly update values without navigating away.

  2. Filter Enhancement: Ability to Remove Row 1 Condition
    Improved:

    Introduced the ability to remove the filter condition in Row 1, giving users greater flexibility to manage and adjust filter criteria.

  1. Enhanced Integration: Mapping Support for Account Fields

    Introduced the ability to map values to the Account field, enabling accurate association of contacts and records with their respective accounts during import and data processing.

    Implementation Details:

    • Added support for mapping the Account field during data import.

    • Available for both Individual and Company-level contact imports.

    • Ensures that imported records are correctly linked to the corresponding account based on the mapped value.

    • Works seamlessly with existing field mapping configurations.

    • Integrated Partner Tab from the LOS into the Pipeline.

    • Automatically populates the Partner field based on data received from the LOS.

What's Fixed?

  1. Removed Mortgage Application Link for Non-Mortgage Users
    Fix:

    Removed the Mortgage Application link from non-mortgage user platforms, as it was not relevant to their access and usage.

  2. Select all in Contact list screen
    Fix:

    Corrected a "Select All" option in the Contact List screen to enable quick selection of all contacts for bulk actions.

  3. When clicking on contact edit box
    Fix:

    Updated the contact edit fields to ensure text is properly wrapped and aligned within input fields when editing, improving readability and user experience.

  4. The "custom fields" is closed when visiting the contact
    Fix:

    The Custom Fields section is now collapsed by default when visiting a contact, providing a cleaner and more organized view.

March - 2nd Week

New Feature

Company-Level Administrative Control for Email Permissions

Date: March 13, 2026

Introduced a configurable company-level setting that enables administrators to globally control email functionality. When disabled, all email actions across the system are restricted.

Implementation Details:

  • Introduced a company-level toggle to enable or disable the Send Email functionality.

  • When disabled, users will not be able to access or trigger email actions across the system.

  • The toggle is configurable from the company settings, allowing administrators to control email usage globally.

  • Ensures consistent behaviour across all modules where email actions are available.

Benefits to Users:

  • Provides better control over email communications at the company level.

  • Helps prevent unintended or unauthorised email sending.

  • Useful for compliance, testing, or temporary suspension of email functionality.

    Improved:

    • The Account Name field has been introduced in the company-level import.

    • This enhancement allows the system to fetch and associate the imported contacts with the corresponding account name during the import process.

  2. Enhancement: Account Field Mapper Added to Individual Contact Import
    Improved:

    • The Account field mapper has been implemented in the Individual Contact Import.

    • This enhancement is now available for both Individual and Company-level contact imports, enabling accurate mapping and association of contacts with their respective accounts during the import process.

What's Fixed?

  1. Leads Pipeline : Added “Source” and Removed “Touches” Across All CRMs
    Fix:

    • Leads Pipeline Update: Added the "Source" field to the Leads Pipeline for all CRMs.

    • Removed the "Touches" field from the Leads Pipeline across all CRMs to streamline the view and improve usability.

  2. Edit Support for Pipeline Transaction and Individual Contact Transactions

    Fix:

    Fixed a script-level issue affecting transaction editing. Transactions can now be edited successfully from both the Pipeline Transaction Contact and the Individual Contact’s Transaction views, and the functionality works as expected.

  3. Removed “Add Transaction” Option from Pipeline View
    Fix:
    Removed the "Add Transaction" option from the Pipeline view to streamline the interface and prevent unintended actions.

March - 1st Week

Introduced New updates to the KPI page, including Loan Purpose Mix insights, enhanced Production Tracker capabilities, and dedicated B2B and B2C tabs for improved performance tracking.

  • Updated the KPI page as part of New enhancements to improve reporting and performance visibility.

  • Introduced Loan Purpose Mix, providing a clear view of the distribution of different loan purposes.

Introduced “+Add Suggestions” option that allows users to create and manage custom suggestions directly from their profile.

Implementation Details:

  • Added a “+Add Suggestions” option in the user profile to enable users to create new custom suggestions.

  • Users can configure the following details while creating or editing a suggestion:

    • Internal Days – Define the number of days for the suggestion to trigger internally.

    • Execution Order – Set the sequence in which the suggestion will be executed.

    • Contact Type – Specify whether the suggestion applies to B2B or B2C contacts.

    • Selling System – Select the applicable selling system for the suggestion.

  • Users can also edit existing suggestions to update configuration details whenever required.

  • Users can filter emails based on Name, Folder, Owner and Tags.

What's Improved?

  1. Send mail in Quick action : Contact count confirmation
    Improved:
    Introduced a contact count confirmation popup when users send an email from the Quick Action menu. The popup displays the number of contacts the email will be sent to before confirming the action. This helps users verify the recipient count before sending emails, reducing the risk of sending emails to unintended contacts.

  2. Introduce the Canceled Reason in the Canceled Pipeline view
    Improved:

    • Added a Canceled Reason column to the Canceled Pipeline view. This allows Loan Officers to view the reason for cancellation directly within the pipeline without opening the transaction details.

    • Provides better visibility into why transactions were canceled, enabling Loan Officers to quickly understand the context and manage their pipeline more efficiently.

What's Improved?

  1. Introduced "Submitted Date", "Cancelled Date", and "Cancelled Reason" columns in Transaction Import and Field Mapping.

    Implementation Details:

    • Added Submitted Date, Cancelled Date, and Cancelled Reason fields to the Transaction Import file.

    • Included these fields in the import mapping screen so users can map them while importing transactions.

    • Ensured the imported values are stored and displayed correctly in the respective transaction records.

    Benefits To Users:

    • Allows users to import transaction details directly during the import process.

    • Reduces manual updates after importing transactions.

    • Improves tracking and visibility of transaction status and cancellation details.

What's Fixed?

  1. Selling system updates with multiple contacts

    Fix: The logic has been updated to ensure that any loan status changes applied to the transaction are synchronized correctly with the Selling system.

  2. Email template : Font size Visibility issue

    Fix: Resolved the issue affecting font size visibility in email templates. The problem was caused by an Unlayer export issue and a script-level conflict, both of which have now been fixed to ensure the font size displays correctly in received emails.

  3. Follow-ups : Pagination is missing

    Fix:

    • Pagination has been implemented in the Follow-ups section, allowing users to load and view all records efficiently within a single page.

    • Improves data navigation and usability by enabling users to access and manage follow-up records more easily without performance issues.

  4. Smart List for Financial Professionals

    Fix:

    • The Smart List conditions have been updated and reset to ensure accurate filtering. The list now retrieves contacts where the Contact Type is “B2B” and the Industry is either “Financial” or “Accountant.”

    • Ensures the Smart List correctly identifies and displays financial professionals, improving data accuracy and making it easier for users to target the right contacts.

  5. Remove edit/delete from the pipeline view since there's a selection tool

    Fix:

    • The Edit and Delete icons have been removed from the Pipeline and Individual Contact screens, as these actions are already available through the selection tool.

    • Reduces duplicate action options in the interface and helps prevent accidental edits or deletions, resulting in a cleaner and more streamlined user experience.

  6. Quarter Start Date Auto Assignment Based on Team Start Date

    Fix:

    • If a Team Start Date is specified during team creation, the Quarter Start Date will be automatically assigned to newly signed-up or imported users based on that date.

    • If no Team Start Date is provided, the system will automatically assign the default quarter start date to newly signed-up or imported users.
