What is the Use of Loan Purpose Mix in KPIs page?

The Loan Purpose Mix KPI provides a visual summary of loan transactions grouped by Loan Purpose. It helps users understand the distribution of different loan types within the selected reporting period.

The chart automatically calculates the percentage and total count of each loan purpose based on transactions created in the Pipeline module.

How It Works

Whenever a transaction is created in the Pipeline, the selected Loan Purpose is recorded as part of the transaction details.

The Loan Purpose Mix KPI analyzes all transactions that fall within the currently selected Date Filter and displays:

Formula: Percentage = (Loan Purpose Transaction Count ÷ Total Transactions) × 100

The chart updates automatically whenever the date filter is changed.

Date Filter

The Loan Purpose Mix always reflects data for the selected date range.

For example, if the Date Filter is set to This Week, the KPI includes only the transactions created during the current week.

Example : Assume 05 transactions were created during This Week.

The donut chart displays:

  • 20% Purchase

  • 20% Refinance (Rate & Term)

  • 20% Refinance (Cash out)

  • 20% Equity

  • 20% Construction

Total Transactions: 05 No's

If the Date Filter is changed to All Time, This Week, This Month, This Quarter, Year to date, Past 12 Months and Custom Date Range, the chart is recalculated using only the transactions created within that selected period.
