The Prequalified KPI tracks transactions created with the Loan Status set to “Application Started” and the Stage set to “Prequalified.” Once the transaction is saved with these values, it is automatically reflected on the My KPI page. This KPI is read-only, ensuring accurate and consistent tracking of prequalified loan opportunities within Accountable CRM.
Note: Prequalified is an metric specifically applicable for both B2C & B2B contact types.
How to Set Goals for Prequalified :
In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.
Scroll down the page, you will find the prequalified in the My KPI grid table.
To Set your goal for Prequalified , you can click the “Set Goal” button located at the top of the My KPIs section, and add your goals there.
Once set your goals it will reflect in the prequalified Goal column in B2B or B2C section.
Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.
How to Create a Prequalified Metrics Using the Quick Action Tool:
Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Transaction” option.
In the Transaction popup, select an existing contact or create a new contact, then enter the mandatory details. Set the Stage value to “Prequalified” and click the Save button.
Once the transaction is created with prequalified stage, The data will be reflected in the Prequalified This Month column in the My KPI grid table.
Click on Prequalified row to view the detailed records and You can cross-verify whether the transaction has been created within the Pipeline stages.
