In the Contact creation popup, create a new contact by selecting the contact type as B2B or B2C without adding a transaction potential. Once the contact is created, it will automatically be reflected as a New Contact entry in the My KPI grid table.
Note: New Contact is an activity specifically applicable for both B2C & B2B contact types.
How to Set Goals for New Contact :
In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.
Scroll down the page, you will find the new contact in the My KPI grid table.
To Set a goal for new contact , you can click the “Set Goal” button located at the top of the My KPIs section, and add your goals there.
Once you add the goals it will reflect in the new contact Goal column in B2B or B2C section.
Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.
How to Create a New Contact Using the Quick Action Tool:
Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Transaction” option.
In the Contact creation popup, select the contact type as B2B or B2C and create a new contact. If transaction potential is not added, the contact will automatically be recorded as a B2B New Contact or B2C New Contact in the My KPI grid table.
Once the New Contact is created, The data will be reflected in the New Contact This Month column in the My KPI grid table.
Click on New Contact row to view the detailed list of New Contact records.
