How To Use New Leads in My KPI?

In the Contact creation popup, create a new B2C contact with transaction potential added. Once the contact is created, it will automatically be reflected as a New Lead in the My KPI grid table in Accountable CRM.

Note: New Leads is an activity specifically applicable for both B2C contact types.

How to Set Goals for New Leads:

  1. In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

  2. Scroll down the page, you will find the New Leads in the My KPI grid table.

  3. To Set a goal for New Leads , you can click the “Set Goal” button located at the top of the My KPIs section, and add your goals there.

  4. Once you add the goals it will reflect in the New Leads Goal column in B2B or B2C section.

    Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.

How to Create a New Leads Using the Quick Action Tool:

  1. Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Transaction” option.

  2. In the Contact creation popup, select the contact type as B2C and create a new contact with transaction potential added. Once created, the contact will automatically be recorded as a B2C New Lead in the My KPI grid table.

  3. Once the New Lead is created, The data will be reflected in the New Lead This Month column in the My KPI grid table.

  4. Click on New Lead row to view the detailed list of New Lead records.
