How To Use Pre-Approval in My KPI?

The Pre-Approval KPI tracks transactions that are created with the Loan Status set to “Application Started” and the Stage value set to “Pre-Approval.” Once the transaction is saved with these values, it is automatically reflected in the My KPI page. This KPI is read-only and cannot be edited manually, ensuring accurate tracking of Pre-Approval loan opportunities within Accountable CRM.

Note: Pre-Approval is an activity specifically applicable for both B2C & B2B contact types.

How to Set Goals for Pre-Approval :

  1. In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

  2. Scroll down the page, you will find the Pre-Approval in the My KPI grid table.

  3. To Set a goal for Pre-Approval , you can click the “Set Goal” button located at the top of the My KPIs section, and add your goals there.

  4. Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Pre-Approval Goal column in B2B or B2C section.

    Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.

How to Create a Pre-Approval Activity Using the Quick Action Tool:

  1. Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Transaction” option.

  2. In the Transaction popup, select an existing contact or create a new contact, then enter the Transaction Potential, Loan Status, Loan Purpose, and Stage value. Set the Stage value to “Pre-Approval” and click the Save button.

  3. Once the Pre-Approval activity is created, The data will be reflected in the Pre-Approval This Month column in the My KPI grid table.

  4. Click on Pre-Approval row to view the detailed list of Pre-Approval records.
