How To Use Referral Received in My KPI ?

Referral Received in My KPI helps track referrals received from B2B contacts. When a referral activity is created for a contact with the B2B contact type, it is automatically reflected in the My KPI page, allowing users to monitor and measure referral-based business opportunities effectively.

Note: Referral Received is an activity specifically applicable for only B2B contact types.

How to Set Goals for Asked for Review:

  1. In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

  2. Scroll down the page, you will find the Referral Received in the My KPI grid table.

  3. To Set a goal for Referral Received, you can click the “Set Goal” button located at the top of the My KPIs section, and add your goals there.

  4. Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Referral Received Goal column.

    Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.

How to Create a Referral Received Activity Using the Quick Action Tool:

  1. Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Activity” option.

  2. In activity popup, to select the Referral Received check box in the B2C consumer section. Choose the contact or create new contact and click the save button.

  3. Once the Referral Received activity is created, The data will be reflected in the Referral Received This Month column in the My KPI grid table.

  4. Click on Referral Received row to view the detailed list of Referral Received records.
