How to Create a Task in the Mobile App?

Tasks help you keep work organized by assigning responsibilities, setting due dates, and tracking progress.

Steps to create a Task:

  1. From the Home Dashboard, tap the "+" button.

  2. And select Task from the menu.

  3. Use the search bar to find the contact you want to associate the task with, then select the contact.

  4. In the Assigned To field, select the person responsible for completing the task. This field helps you track who the task is assigned to and who is expected to perform it.

  5. Enter a title for the task. This field is required.

  6. Set the due date and time to specify when the task should be completed.

  7. In the Description field, provide details about what needs to be done. This field is required.

  8. Tap Save Task to create the task successfully.

The task will be associated with the selected contacts and assigned to the designated person responsible for completing it, making it easy to track ownership and keep important work on schedule.
