In Accountable CRM, users can create and assign tasks to ensure clear responsibility and timely follow-up. Tasks can be configured with relevant details such as due dates and priorities.
Steps to Create a Task in Quick Action Button
Click on the Quick Action button, it is the big "+" button at the bottom left of the screen on the platform. Click on this button to see all of the available options.
Click on "Task" within the Quick Action menu.
A modal popup will appear that will allow users to assign and choose or create a contacts when creating tasks.
When you select the “No Due Date” option, the task is automatically created with today’s date by default.
And add a time, date, Title, and a quick note about what your task is. Once you are done, click "Save" and your new task will be added to the Sales Dashboard.
To view the created task, click “Follow-Ups” from the top navigation bar.
Select "Tasks" from the navigation menu bar under the main navigation.
Based on the selected tab filter, the content is displayed in the grid table.
Today – View tasks and follow-ups due today.
Past Due – Catch up on anything overdue.
Future – Preview what’s coming up.
Click Today, Past due or Upcoming to see all tasks due on the current date. Each row displays the contact name, task type, title, description preview, scheduled time, and due status.
Once you Create, you will receive a reminder through the global notification in the top navigation bar.

Click the Tick icon to mark it as completed.
Click the Calendar icon to change the task date.
Click the Edit icon to update the task details.
Click the Delete icon to permanently remove it.
Use the checkbox option to select one or multiple contacts at the same time.
Click the Tick icon to mark it as completed.
Click the Snooze icon to postpone a task or follow-up by selecting a new date. (Only for Suggestions and Opportunities)
Click the Delete icon to permanently remove it.
