In Accountable CRM, users can create and assign tasks to ensure clear responsibility and timely follow-up. Tasks can be configured with relevant details such as due dates and priorities.
From the Quick Action button:
If you aren't familiar with the Quick Action button, it is the big "+" button at the bottom left of the screen while on the platform. Click on this button to see all of the available options. Click on "Task" within the Quick Action button.
A modal popup will appear that will allow users to assign and choose or create a contacts when creating tasks.
And add a time, date, Title, and a quick note about what your task is. Once you are done, click "Save" and your new task will be added to the Sales Dashboard.
From the Scoreboard :
Once you are logged in to the platform, click "Follow-Ups" in the top navigation.
Based on the selected tab filter, the content is displayed in the grid table.
Today – View tasks and follow-ups due today.
Past Due – Catch up on anything overdue.
Future – Preview what’s coming up.
Select "Tasks" from the filter options to view task details in the grid table.
You will receive a reminder through the global notification in the top navigation bar.
From here, you can click the "Tick icon" to mark a task as completed, and click the "Pencil" icon to edit the task.
