What is the New Referrals?

When a new referral contact joins your network, signifying a connection initiated by someone recommending another individual for your network, it is designated as a Referral Contact. What is the Follow-ups to Referrals?

In the Follow-ups to Referrals, monitor and record the activity data associated with follow-ups on referrals contact.

How to Set Goals for Follow-ups to Referrals:

  1. In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

  2. Scroll down the page, you will find the Follow-ups to Referrals in the grid table.

  3. To Set a goal for Follow-ups to Referrals, you can click on the set goal button in the top of the KPI activity tracker, and add your goals there.

  4. Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Follow-ups to Referrals Goal column.

    Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals of Follow-ups to Referrals.

How to Create a Follow-ups to Referrals Activity Using the Quick Action Tool:

  1. Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Activity” option.

  2. In the contact activity, to select the Set Appointment checkbox. Choose the Referral Contact and hit the Save button.

  3. Once you created the pre-approval activity it will reflect in the KPI activity tracker grid table.

  4. And the data comes to the Follow-ups to Referrals This Month coloumn. Click the follow-ups to referrals to check the data.
