How to Use a Follow-Ups Page?

The Follow-Ups page in Accountable CRM is your daily command center for tracking and completing key activities. This view helps you stay on top of your tasks, follow-ups, and milestone reminders so nothing falls through the cracks.


Overview of follow-ups page:

  1. From the Follow-Ups page:

You’ll see four key sections:

  • Today – View tasks and follow-ups due today.

  • Past Due – Catch up on anything overdue.

  • Future – Preview what’s coming up.

  • History - you can view all emails sent to a contact by the user. The list displays the email subject and the contact’s name. To preview the email, click the campaign or automation name to access detailed information about that message.

    Note: In the Follow-Ups column, click the "+" icon. A modal will appear that will allow you to select or add a contact, add a time and date, and then a quick note about why you are following up.

2.Filter Your View

You can customize what shows up by selecting the type of activity you want to see.

To apply filters:

  1. Click on the filter icon (next to "How to use this page").

  2. Choose one or more of the following:

    • Suggestions – AI-recommended contacts to follow up with.

    • Follow-Up – Scheduled follow-ups you’ve created.

    • Tasks – To-do items assigned to you.

    • Milestones – Key dates such as application anniversaries or closing reminders.

    • Opportunity – Act on transactions based on company-defined interest rates.

  3. Click Apply to update the list.

  1. Suggestions
    The suggestions page is intended to give you ideas of who to contact and how! As long as you're using our sales accountability software on a regular basis then our suggestions page will help you be consistent with your active database.

  2. Follow-up

    Follow-ups are more than just a contact tool—they act as a smart reminder system. By setting reminders for your contacts, you can streamline communication, build reliability, and manage contacts more efficiently.

  3. Tasks

    Creating tasks for the logged‑in user bridges the gap between reminders and documentation. It’s a simple yet powerful way to ensure that every responsibility is tracked, contextualized, and completed on time.

  4. Milestones

    The Milestones section in an accountable CRM highlights important dates like anniversaries and birthdays of your contacts, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to celebrate and strengthen client relationships.

  5. Opportunities

    The Alerts & Opportunities for Transactions feature enables company users to track and act on transactions based on the interest rates set by the company. Users can receive timely alerts, identify new opportunities, and manage transactions more effectively in line with company-defined rates.
