The Follow-Ups page in Accountable CRM is your daily command center for tracking and completing key activities. This view helps you stay on top of your tasks, follow-ups, and milestone reminders so nothing falls through the cracks.

Step 1: Accessing the Follow Ups Page
Step 2: Follow Ups Navigation Menu
The Follow Ups page displays a secondary navigation menu below the main navigation bar.
The secondary navigation menu includes:
All - Displays the complete list of every follow-up item across all categories.
Milestones - These are date-driven events tied to your contacts - such as birthdays and anniversaries. The system automatically generates milestone reminders and can schedule emails on your behalf.
Follow Ups - These are scheduled touchpoints you have created or that the system has recommended.
Tasks- Tasks are action items that need to be completed - distinct from follow-up calls or meetings.
Suggestions - Created for new contact based on the selling system.
Opportunities - Act on transactions based on company - defined interest rates.
Each category displays a dedicated color-coded icon and The total count for that specific activity type.
Step 3: Activity Status Filters
You can click any one of the category to view the related records and activity count.
Today – View tasks and follow-ups due today.
Past Due – Catch up on anything overdue.
Future – Preview what’s coming up.
History - you can view all emails, automation and campaign sent to a contact by the user. The list displays the email subject and the contact’s name. To preview the email, click the campaign or automation name to access detailed information about that message.(Is Common for all).
Step 4: Bulk Action
Use the checkbox option to select one or multiple contacts at the same time.
Click the Tick icon to mark it as completed.
Click the Snooze icon to postpone a task or follow-up by selecting a new date. (Only for Suggestions and Opportunities)
Click the Delete icon to permanently remove it.
