Easily assign due dates to loan officer tasks and enable automated notifications to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Stay on track and boost accountability with timely reminders and clear deadlines.
Steps to Add Due Dates for Loan Officer Tasks with Notifications:
From the top navigation bar, please select Admin.
On the Company page, click on Marketing.
Within the Marketing section, navigate to the Automation tab.
On the Automation page, click the New Automation button to begin.
Enter a name for your automation and click Save.
Click the Add Trigger button, choose the appropriate trigger for your process, and then click Add.
Next, click the plus (+) icon to add an action. From the available actions, select Assign Task to Loan Officer.
A modal window will appear. Here, please select the due date and time, and enter the task title and description. Once completed, click Add.
If needed, you may use the Exclude button to remove specific users from this automation.
Click the End Conditions button to stop the automation trigger if the conditions are met based on your preferences.
Switch the toggle from Inactive to Active to enable the automation.
Finally, click Save to apply and store your automation settings.
Once everything is set, the automation will run as configured, and the assigned loan officer will automatically receive a notification for the task.
