In Accountable CRM, the KPI page tracks scoreboard activity data under Events Attended based on the selected event type. Click the Events Attended box to view the detailed data.
How to Set Goals for Events Attended:
In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.
Scroll down the page, you will find the Event Attended in the grid table.
To Set a goal for Event Attended, you can click on the set goal button in the top of the KPI activity tracker, and add your goals there.
Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Events Attended Goal column.
Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.
How to Create a Event Attended Activity Using the Quick Action Tool:
Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Activity” option.
And choose the "Event" option in the modal popup. Fill the required details and click the "Save" button.
Once you created the event attended activity it will reflect in the KPI activity tracker grid table.
The data will be reflected in the Events Attended This Month column. Click on events attended to view the detailed list.
