We meticulously monitor activity data to identify individuals who have opted for prequalification by selecting the corresponding checkbox during the creation of
contact activities. Note: It's only for Mortgage industry users.
How to Set Goals for Prequalified:
In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.
Scroll down the page, you will find the Prequalified in the grid table.
To Set a goal for Prequalified you can click on the set goal button in the top of the KPI activity tracker, and add your goals there.
Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Prequalified column. Click the edit icon to edit the goals.
How to create Prequalified:
Click the Quick Action button from bottom of the left.
Select the “Activity” option.
Select any option for how to interact, And select the Prequalified checkbox. Choose a contact or create a new contact. Click the Save button in the activity modal popup.
The data will be reflected in the Prequalified – This Month column. Click on Prequalified to view the detailed list of prequalified records.
