In Accountable CRM’s KPI section, the Coaching Call metric tracks activity data for contacts where the Coaching Call checkbox is selected during contact activity creation. Click the Coaching Call checkbox to view the related activity details and performance data.
How to Set Goals for Asked For Meeting :
In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.
Scroll down the page, you will find the Coaching Call in the grid table.
To Set a goal for coaching call you can click on the edit icon in the action column, and add your goals there.
Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Coaching Call Goal column.
Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.
How to Create a Coaching Call Activity Using the Quick Action Tool:
Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Activity” option.
To select the Coaching Call check box. Choose the contact or create contact and click the save button.
Once you created the coaching call activity it will reflect in the KPI activity tracker grid table.
The data will be reflected in the Coaching Call This Month column. Click on coaching call to view the detailed list.
