How To Use Application KPI Tracker?

In Accountable CRM’s KPI section, the Application metric tracks activity data for contacts where the Application checkbox is selected during contact activity creation. Click the Application checkbox to view the related data.

How to Set Goals for Application:

  1. In the top navigation bar, you can find the KPI and click on it.

  2. Scroll down the page, you will find the Application in the grid table.

  3. To Set a goal for Application you can click on the edit icon in the action column , and add your goals there.

  4. Once you add the goals it will reflect in the Application Goal column.

    Note: Click the edit icon to edit the goals.

How to Create a Application Activity Using the Quick Action Tool:

  1. Click the "Quick Action" button and select the “Activity” option.

  2. To select the Application checkbox. Choose a contact or create a new contact. Click the save button in the activity modal popup.

  3. Once you created the application activity it will reflect in the KPI activity tracker grid table.

  4. The data will be reflected in the Application This Month column. Click on application to view the detailed list.
