Overview of the Help List
The Help List is an essential component of the selling system, designed to manage new leads and targets efficiently. This category helps you stay organized and ensures a structured approach to moving leads through the sales pipeline. Below, you'll find detailed explanations and AI-powered suggestions for each stage of the Help List process.
Here are the stages of the help list with suggestions:
Make the initial contact (email, text, phone call, etc).
Set the formal appointment.
Conduct the appointment.
Monthly Check-in.
Move to appropriate selling system category.
Stages of the Help List (B2B)
Initial Contact – Generated on Day 0
When a contact is created under the B2B Help List category, an Initial Contact suggestion is automatically generated on the Follow-ups page for the current day (Day 0).
This step encourages the user to initiate the first interaction with the contact, such as introducing the business and understanding the contact’s requirements.
Set Appointment – Generated After 2 Days
After 2 days from the Initial Contact suggestion, the Set Appointment suggestion will be automatically created.
This step allows the user to schedule a meeting or discussion with the contact to explore potential business opportunities.
Conduct Appointment – Generated After 7 Days
After 7 days from the Set Appointment suggestion, the Conduct Appointment suggestion will be automatically created.
At this stage, the user is expected to conduct the scheduled meeting and discuss business needs, solutions, or services with the contact.
Monthly Check-in – Generated After 30 Days
After 30 days from the Conduct Appointment suggestion, the Monthly Check-in suggestion will be automatically created.
This step helps maintain regular communication with the contact and supports long-term relationship management.
How the Suggestion Interval Works
The suggestion system follows a time-based interval workflow:
Each suggestion is automatically created based on the configured interval days.
If a suggestion is not completed within its due time, it will move to Past Due on the Follow-ups page.
Even if the previous activity is not completed, the next suggestion will still be created according to the defined interval schedule.
Past Due suggestions will remain visible until the activity is completed.
This process ensures that follow-up activities continue to be scheduled while allowing users to easily track and manage any overdue tasks.
