Overview of the Aspirational
The Aspirational Selling System is designed for long-term relationship nurturing with contacts who require periodic engagement. When a contact is assigned to this selling system, suggestions are automatically generated based on the configured interval.
Aspirational (Starting Interval Day: 90 – Quarterly Check-in)
Suggestion Generation
When a contact is created under the Aspirational Selling System, a Quarterly Check-in suggestion will be automatically created after 90 days.
This check-in enables users to reconnect with the contact at regular intervals, helping to maintain relationships and identify future opportunities.
Once generated, the suggestion will appear on the Follow-ups page for action.
When the Quarterly Check-in suggestion is created, a reminder notification will be displayed on the CRM Dashboard.
This ensures users stay informed about upcoming follow-ups and can take timely action.
Interval Behavior
Suggestions are generated based on the configured interval schedule.
If the activity is not completed within the due timeframe, it will be marked as Past Due on the Follow-ups page.
Even if the previous activity is not completed, the next suggestion will still be automatically created according to the interval.
Users can complete both current and past due activities at any time.
This process ensures that follow-up activities continue to be scheduled while allowing users to easily track and manage any overdue tasks.
