Overview of Fight Club
The Fight Club stage in the selling system is where you place qualified leads or referral partners that you are actively trying to close or obtain your first referral from. After conducting a formal meeting with a lead or referral partner and determining that they align with your criteria for business, they move from the Help List to the Fight Club if not closed in the first interaction. This stage is focused on continuous engagement and strategic follow-ups to build trust and push toward closing the deal.
Fight Club (Starting Interval Day: 30)
Suggestion Generation
When a contact is created under the Fight Club Selling System, the first suggestion will be automatically created after 30 days.
This interval allows users to reconnect with the contact at the appropriate time instead of initiating an immediate follow-up.
Once the suggestion is generated, it will appear on the Follow-ups page, And a reminder notification will also appear on the CRM Dashboard where users can review and complete the activity easily.
This notification helps users quickly identify pending follow-up activities and ensures that important suggestions are not missed.
Interval Behavior
Suggestions are generated according to the configured interval schedule.
If the activity is not completed on or before the due date, it will move to Past Due on the Follow-ups page.
Users can still complete the activity even after it becomes Past Due.
This workflow helps maintain timely follow-ups and ensures that users stay informed about upcoming and overdue activities through both the Follow-ups page and CRM dashboard notifications.
