Sending newsletters and email updates helps maintain regular communication with your audience and potential clients, promoting brand awareness, driving engagement, and potentially increasing sales.
Here's how to Create an Email Template:
At the Top Navigation Bar, click on Marketing. Then, click on Email Templates to go to the template page.
First, click on the New Template at the upper right side of the template page.
Once you click on it. A modal pop-up will appear. Provide an email template name and click save.
You will be directed to where you can customize your email template. You can drag and drop the options on the right side into the email space to start creating your template.
Before proceeding, ensure that the email template’s subject name is filled in, as it is mandatory.
Here, you can also add tags to categorize your email templates. Tags make it easy to find specific templates and filter them efficiently.
To include an unsubscribe option for your contacts, turn on the "Enable Unsubscription" button. If you do not wish to include the unsubscribe option, simply toggle to off.
You can activate or deactivate email templates by using Toggle.
Once you've completed your email template, click the "Save Template" button to save it.
You can send your email template directly to a contact or a group by clicking the "Send" button. In the modal popup, fill in the required details, and then choose to either send the email immediately or schedule it for later.
And click the "Save" button to send the campaign.
Click “Send Test Mail” to send a test email to the specified recipient.
To go back to the template page, click on "Cancel." Your template will still be saved.
Each icon's usage as follows:
"Usage report" icon—It's used to preview the corresponding email template
configuration either in the number of automation (both regular or scheduled) or scheduled campaigns.
"Invite" icon – Used to send a test email.✈️ "Paper Plane" icon – Send campaign by using the email template.
👁️ "Eye" icon – Preview your email template.
✏️ "Pencil" icon – Edit your email template.
📄 "Paper" icon – Duplicate your email template.
🗑️ "Trash" icon – Delete your email template permanently.
In the "Owner" column, the system displays the name of the person who originally created the email template, making it clear who has authorship or ownership of that template.
You can set as active or inactive by using the toggle here.
Note: If user wants to deactivate the email template which is active, they have to reconfigure/reset the email template which is configured in automation (both regular or scheduled) or scheduled campaign
