How To Create A Campaign ?

Email Campaigns enable your sales and marketing teams to send personalized email communications to specific contacts and accounts. By tailoring messages to the unique needs and interests of your audience, you can improve engagement, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve better campaign results.

How to Create a Campaign

Follow the steps below to create and schedule an email campaign.

Step 1 : Navigate to the Campaign

  1. In the top navigation bar, click on Marketing.

  2. Select Campaign from the top left corner of the Marketing page.

Step 2 : Create a New Campaign

  1. To create a new campaign , Click the + New Campaign button in the top right corner.

  2. A modal popup will appear and Complete the required campaign information.

    • Campaign Name

    • Select Contacts - Choose the sent to option you want to include in the campaign.

    • Exclude Contacts - If there are contacts who should not receive the campaign, add them to the Exclude list. Any contacts added to this list will be excluded from the email distribution.

    • Contacts - You can select a single contact or multiple contacts.

    • Email Template - Select the email template you want to use for the campaign.

    • Email Subject - Enter the subject line that recipients will see when they receive the email.

    • Schedule - Choose the schedule when the campaign should be sent like Send now, Draft and schedule date and time.

    • After completing all required fields, click Save.

Step 3 : Campaign Action Icons

  1. Preview a Email Template - Click the Eye icon to preview the email template before it is sent to recipients.

  2. View Campaign Stats - Click the Pie Chart icon to open the Campaign Stats modal popup. The stats popup contains the following tabs:

    • Stats

      • The Stats tab shows a quick overview of your campaign results, including Requested, Delivered, etc...

      • Click any stat card to view the list of contacts associated with that status. For example, clicking Delivered shows all contacts who successfully received the email.

      • You can also click Export CSV to download the campaign statistics report.

    • Sent To

      • The Sent To tab shows the contacts and included in the campaign.

      • Here, you can view the selected send to option like Selling Systems, Smart Lists, Tags, Contact Types, Dream 100 Lists, and etc... which is used when creating the campaign.

  3. Click the Clone icon to create a duplicate of an existing campaign. Click the Trash icon to permanently delete a campaign.

Step 4 : Campaign Lists

  1. Draft List - Select the Draft List tab to view campaigns that have been created but not yet scheduled or sent. Draft campaigns can be edited and completed at any time.

  2. Scheduled List - Select the Scheduled List tab to view campaigns that are scheduled for future delivery. These campaigns will be sent automatically on the configured date and time.
