Company Campaign:
Creating campaigns inside the company allows for targeted communication and centralized management, ensuring that messaging is relevant and consistent. It also provides access to detailed analytics for better decision-making and enhances coordination between departments. Additionally, it ensures compliance with internal policies and industry regulations while maintaining data security.
Steps To Create A Company Campaign:
Click on the "Admin" tab, in the top navigation bar.
In the company page, Click the Marketing Tile section.
Click the Campaign Tile section.
On the campaign page, click New Campaign at the upper right corner.
Enter your Campaign Name in the modal popup.
In the ‘Send To’ section, select the user type you want to target-Company, Location, Team, Smart List, or Tag.
To exclude certain users, use Exclude Specific Users.
Here you can select the email template and preview it.
To schedule the campaign, simply click the Schedule option and choose whether to run it once or on a recurring basis.
To Draft the campaign, select the draft option.
And select "Send Now" and Click "Save" button to send the campaign.
Once you click Save, the campaign confirmation along with the contact numbers will be displayed, Click "Yes, Send" to send the campaign with company users.
You can find sent campaigns in the Company Campaigns list and view their stats by clicking the pie chart icon.
Click the Stop icon to stop the campaign, the Eye icon to preview it, and the Clone icon to duplicate it.
Note: Once a campaign has been fully sent, it cannot be stopped. You can only stop it while it is still in progress using the Stop icon.
How Company Admin Can view Users Campaign Stats?
To view the campaign stats for users within the company, click the "User Campaigns" tab.
Under this tab, you will see a list of campaigns sent by company users, along with the respective user names displayed in the "User" column.
Here you can Stop & Preview the User campaign and Click the Pie chart icon to view the campaign stats for a specific user.
In the modal popup, you can view details such as the number of opens, requests, declines, spam counts, etc.
