How to Use the Prospecting Tracker?

The Prospecting Tracker helps you organize and monitor your daily prospecting activities throughout the quarter. It provides a structured way to track business development efforts, maintain consistency, and measure progress toward your prospecting goals.

Step 1 : Access the Prospecting Tracker

  1. Go to the Scoreboard page. Click on the Prospecting tab.

  2. Understanding the Prospecting Tracker

    • The Prospecting Tracker gives you a quick overview of your prospecting progress. It displays the Day Tracker, which shows the current day in the quarter, and your Prospecting Completion Percentage, which indicates how much of your daily prospecting goal has been completed.

    • To switch between Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly views, allowing you to review your prospecting activities and track your progress over different time periods.

Step 2 : To Add a Prospecting Activity

  1. Click the empty gray box under the appropriate prospecting category.

  2. A Modal pop-up will appear and Complete the required information:

    • Select the Date of the interaction.

    • Choose the Interaction type to specify how the activity was performed.

    • Select the appropriate Activity Type based on your interaction.

    • If applicable, select the relevant KPI to associate the activity with a performance metric.

    • To create a new contact or select the Contact and click Save to record the activity.

Step 3 : Customize Your Activity Count

Each prospecting category displays a recommended number of activities. If you want to set your own targets.

  1. Click the number displayed beside the category.

  2. Enter your preferred activity goal. Save your changes.

Step 4 : View Prospecting Activities

You can review previously recorded activities by filtering the tracker.

  1. Day Filter

    • Use the Day Filter to view prospecting activities scheduled for a specific day of the week. Select the desired day to display only the activities associated with that day.

  2. Date Range Filter

    • Use the Date Range Filter to view prospecting activities for a specific time period. Click the Date Range field or the Calendar icon to select a start date. The end date is automatically set to seven days from the selected start date. Once the date range is applied, the Prospecting section displays all activities scheduled within the selected period.

Step 5 : Delete a Prospecting Activity

  1. Click the Close (X) button next to the activity. The activity is removed immediately from the Prospecting Tracker.
