How to use the Marketing Activity?

The Marketing Activity tool helps you efficiently plan, track, and manage your marketing efforts. Whether you're logging activities throughout the day or summarizing them at the end, this feature ensures you stay on top of your daily marketing goals. Click here to access your Marketing Activity.

Steps to Use the Marketing Activity:

Step 1: Access the Marketing Tab

  1. Go to the Scoreboard page.

  2. Click on the Marketing tab. You'll find two sections:

    Marketing and Showcase, designed to help you organize and track your activities.

Step 2: To Add an Activity

  1. To add a new activity, click on an empty grey box in the Marketing section.
    ​

  2. A Modal pop-up  will appear and enter the required fields. 

    • Select the Activity Type (Marketing).

    • Choose the Date of the activity.

    • Under Marketing, select a relevant marketing type (e.g., Video Marketing).

    • Enter a brief description (up to 255 characters) of what you did.

    • And click Save to add the activity to your tracker.

Step 3: View Activities on the Dashboard

  1. Once saved, your activity will appear on the Marketing Cards within the Marketing Section.

Step 4: Customize Your Benchmarks

  1. Click on the number next to each category to modify the recommended number of activities.
    ​

  2. Enter your preferred activity count and click Save button.
    ​

Step 5: View Past Activities

  1. Day Filter

    • Use the Day Filter to view marketing activities scheduled for a specific day of the week. Select the desired day to display only the activities associated with that day.

  2. Date Range Filter

    • Use the Date Range Filter to view marketing activities for a specific time period. Click the Date Range field or the Calendar icon to select a start date. The end date is automatically set to seven days from the selected start date. Once the date range is applied, the Marketing section displays all activities scheduled within the selected period.

Step 6: Remove an Activity

  1. To delete an activity, click the Close (X) button next to the activity you want to remove. The activity will be immediately removed from the Marketing Dashboard.
