The Quick Action menu provides a fast and convenient way to create new leads from anywhere within Accountable. Once a lead is created, it is automatically added to the Pipeline under the Leads tab, allowing loan officers to begin managing and tracking the lead immediately.
Steps to Create a Lead in Quick Action Button
Click on the Quick Action button, it is the big "+" button at the bottom left of the screen on the platform. Click on this button to see all of the available menu.
Click on "Lead" within the Quick Action menu.
A modal popup will appear and the Contact Type set to B2C by default. Enter the first name, last name and email.
Select the Lead Source and Lead Purpose, enter the Loan Potential, and then click Save.
Note: Loan Potential must be greater than 0. A lead cannot be created if the Loan Potential is set to 0.
If Lead Source is selected as Referral, you must select an existing referral contact, or create a new referral contact before saving the lead.
If Lead Source is selected as Event, you must select a event type in the dropdown option.
After the lead is created successfully, it is automatically added to the Pipeline section under the Leads tab.
From the Leads tab, you can:
View lead information.
Update lead stages.
Manage follow-ups.
You can also create a new lead directly from the Pipeline. Navigate to the Leads tab, click + Add Lead, complete the required information in the Lead popup, and then click Save.
