Steps to create a Follow-up:
From the Home Dashboard, tap the "+" button.
And select Follow-Up from the menu.
In the Follow-Up form, Search for and select the contact you want to follow up with.
Choose when the follow-up should occur. You can select a quick interval, such as Tomorrow, +3 Days, +1 Week, or +2 Weeks, or choose a specific date. This field is required.
Set the time for when you want the follow-up to appear.
Enter a description to provide details about the follow-up. This field is required.
Tap Schedule to create the follow-up successfully.
The follow-up will be added to your activity queue, helping you stay on top of important conversations and maintain consistent communication with your contacts.
