Getting Started with the AccountableCRM Mobile Application

The AccountableCRM mobile app keeps your day moving when you're away from your desk. It surfaces the activities that matter most—calls, follow-ups, milestones, and opportunities—so you always know who to reach out to next and never let a relationship go cold. Whether you're between appointments or wrapping up a call, you can log work, schedule the next touchpoint, and stay on top of your goals from your phone.

Getting started with the AccountableCRM mobile app

Learn how to find your way around the mobile app—from the home screen to the navigation bar and the quick-add button—so you can start managing your day right away.

  1. Open the Home dashboard

    When you sign in, you land on the Home dashboard. At the top you'll see a greeting, the number of activities you have today, and a search bar.

  2. Search for contacts

    Tap the search bar at the top of the dashboard and enter a name, phone number, or email to jump straight to a contact.

  3. Use the bottom navigation bar

    Four tabs run along the bottom of the screen:

    • Due Today — activities scheduled for today.

    • Past Due — activities that are overdue and need attention.

    • Upcoming — activities coming up over the next 7 days.

    • History — your recently completed activities.

  4. Create items with Quick Add

    Tap the "+" button in the center of the bottom bar to open the quick-add menu, where you can add an activity, follow-up, email, task, note, or new contact.

  5. Open an activity to view details

    Tap any card in your feed to open the related contact and view the full context behind it.


Use Quick Add to create items

The Quick Add button (+) in the center of the bottom navigation bar gives you fast access to create items without leaving your current screen. Tap it to open the "What would you like to add?" menu and pick one of six options. Tap any item below to read the full step-by-step guide.

  1. Activity

    Log a call, meeting, or interaction in seconds so your contact history stays complete and your daily goals update automatically.

  2. Follow-Up

    Schedule your next touchpoint with a contact so the right outreach always comes back to you at the right time—and no relationship goes cold.

  3. Email

    Compose and send a message without leaving the app, with your professional signature attached, so you can follow up in writing the moment it matters.

  4. Task

    Assign a to-do with a due date—to yourself or a teammate—so important work stays tracked instead of forgotten.

  5. Note

    Capture a quick detail about a contact while it's fresh, so the context is right there the next time you reach out.

  6. New Contact

    Add someone to your CRM with the details and classification that keep your pipeline organized from the very first touch.
