How to Customize the Pipeline?

Accountable lets you personalize how your loan pipeline is displayed. Using the Pipeline View settings in your profile, you can drag and drop loan statuses into the pipeline tabs that make the most sense for your workflow, control which columns are visible per tab, and hide inactive records — so your pipeline stays focused and organized.

Getting There

  1. In the top navigation bar, click your profile image (top right corner).

  2. In the dropdown menu, select Profile.

  3. In the profile page, click Preferences in the sub-navigation menu at the top left.

  4. In the Preferences page, click the Pipeline View tab.


Understanding the Pipeline View Page

Once on the Pipeline View tab, you'll see:

  • Enable my custom pipeline mapping toggle — turns your custom layout on or off.

  • Drag & Drop area — five pipeline tab columns (Unassigned, TBD, Active, Funded, Canceled), each containing loan statuses you can reorganize.

  • Visible Columns control — located at the bottom of each tab column, letting you choose which data columns appear for loans in that tab.

  • Hide Records Based on Last Activity Date — filters out stale loans from your view.


Customizing Your Pipeline

Step 1 — Enable Custom Pipeline Mapping

At the top of the Pipeline View section, make sure the Enable my custom pipeline mapping toggle is turned on (green). This activates your personal layout so the pipeline reflects your custom configuration.

Note: If your Company Admin has pushed a company-wide pipeline mapping to LOs, enabling this toggle lets you override it with your own personal arrangement.

If you disable the toggle, the pipeline will revert to the company administrator's customized pipeline. If no customized pipeline is configured, the default pipeline will be applied.

Step 2 — Drag & Drop Loan Statuses

The instruction on the page says it best: drag a status into any tab column.

  1. Hover over any loan status card — a drag handle (⠿) will appear on the left side.

  2. Click and drag the status card to any tab column you prefer.

  3. Repeat for any other statuses you want to reorganize.

The badge number on each tab header updates automatically as you move statuses in and out.

Step 3 — Configure Visible Columns Per Tab

Each tab column has a Visible Columns control at the bottom. This lets you choose which data fields are shown for loans that fall under that tab.

  1. Click Visible Columns on any tab (e.g., Active — 12/12).

  2. Uncheck any columns you want to hide. All columns are on by default.

  3. The badge updates to reflect how many columns are currently visible (e.g., 8/12).

  4. Repeat for each tab as needed.

Step 4 — Hide Stale Records

Under the drag-and-drop area, you'll find Hide Records Based on Last Activity Date.

  • Use the and + buttons to set a number of days.

  • Any loan with no activity beyond that number of days will be hidden from your pipeline view.

  • Leave it at 0 to show all records regardless of last activity.

Step 5 — Save Your Configuration

Once you're happy with your layout:

  • Click ✓ Save Mapping in the bottom right to apply all your changes.

  • Click ↺ Reset to discard unsaved changes and revert to the last saved configuration.
