If you need to send attachments, please use the normal email tool within the Quick Add section.

Borrower documents are unique to each loan and frequently updated. Because of this, most mortgage CRMs separate:
Marketing automations

Best Practice - Use automations for:
Follow-up campaigns
Loan Status updates (that do not requiring attachments)
Marketing emails
Reminders
Use the normal email tool for:
Preapproval letters
Disclosures

Other attachment-based communication
Important Reminder
Before sending any borrower documents, always verify that:
The correct file is attached
The document is the most recent version
The intended recipient is accurate
