Configuring company-level interest rates ensures consistency, accuracy, and proactive opportunity tracking across your organization. This guide walks you through the steps to set up interest rates as a Super Admin or Company Admin and explains how the system leverages these settings to generate opportunities for Company Users.
How To Create Interest Rates:
Follow these steps to create, edit, and manage interest rates effectively.
Step 1 : Access the Interest Rates Section
Click the “Admin” tab in the top navigation bar of the CRM dashboard.
Select the "Settings", from the Company Dashboard page.
On the Settings page, click Interest Rates. You will be redirected to the interest rates page.
Step 2: Standard Benchmark Products
For each standard benchmark product, Accountable uses the Company Rate first. If a Company Rate is not configured, the system uses the current Market Rate.
How does Market Rate Works
Market Rates are updated daily by the Marketing team based on the latest market conditions.
The standard benchmark product includes:
Conventional 30-Year Fixed
Conventional 15-Year Fixed
FHA 30-Year Fixed
VA 30-Year Fixed
7/6 ARM
Configure a company market rate
If your company uses a specific interest rate instead of the daily Market Rate, you can configure a Company Rate for the applicable loan product.
Locate the required loan product under Standard Benchmark Products.
Click the Edit icon and enter the Company Rate.
Save the changes.
Once a Company Rate is configured, Accountable uses the Company Rate instead of the Market Rate for that product.
Configure Refinance Alerts
Refinance alerts are identified based on the configured Alert Threshold and Funded Date.
To enable refinance alerts, both the required Alert Threshold and Funded Date information must be configured for the applicable product. If these values are not configured, a refinance alert will not be generated.
To configure the refinance alert settings:
Locate the required loan product.
Click the Edit icon and enter the required Alert Threshold and Funded Date information.
Save the changes.
Step 3: Custom Company Products
Custom Company Products allow you to create and manage company-specific loan products and interest rates that are not included in the standard benchmark products.
You can define the product details, company interest rate, funded date, and refinance alert threshold based on your company's requirements.
Add a Custom Company Product
Navigate to the Custom Company Products section and click + Add Product.
In the modal popup, enter the required product information:
And click Save button.
The new product will be added to the Custom Company Products list.
How Custom Products Are Used
When a custom company product is selected for a refinance opportunity, To uses the Company Rate configured for that specific product.
This allows your company to manage interest rates independently for custom loan products without relying on the daily Market Rate.
