In Accountable CRM, the KPI Activity Tracker uses a trend indicator to evaluate performance by comparing data from the start of the current month to the current date with data from the previous month to the same date. This comparison helps measure progress and performance accurately.
Note:
Upward arrow - Indicates that the current month’s performance is higher than the previous month’s.
Downward arrow - Indicates that the current month’s performance is lower than the previous month’s.
Neutral arrow - Indicates that performance remains the same for both months.

Note:If today is April 14, performance from April 1–14 is compared with March 1–14.A down arrow is displayed when the current month activity count is lower than the previous month’s activity count.
Note:If today is April 14, performance from April 1–14 is compared with March 1–14.A neutral arrow is shown when the activity count for both months remain the same.
