Refinance Opportunity Automation Trigger

Updated over 3 weeks ago

We’ve introduced a Refinance Opportunity Automation Trigger that empowers users to automatically take action whenever a refinance opportunity is identified. This feature eliminates repetitive manual work by allowing you to:

  • Send targeted emails.

  • Assign one or more categories.

  • Apply predefined actions directly to transaction contacts.

With this automation in place, you can ensure every refinance opportunity is acted on quickly, consistently, and with minimal effort.

How It Works

  • Trigger Linked to Refinance Events – The automation begins as soon as a refinance opportunity is created in the system.

  • Custom Rules – Users can set their own automation rules that execute instantly when the opportunity meets the defined criteria.

  • Automatic Actions – Notifications, record updates, or category assignments happen without manual intervention, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

How to Access the Refinance Opportunity Automation

Getting started with the Refinance Opportunity Automation Trigger takes just a few steps:

  1. Login to your Accountable CRM.

  2. From the top navigation bar, click on Marketing.

  3. Select Automation from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Automations dashboard, you’ll see the option to create or edit rules.

    • Look for the trigger labeled “Refinance Opportunity is Created.”

    • From here, you can define the actions you’d like to automate (e.g., send an email, assign a category, notify your team).

Why It Matters

The Refinance Opportunity Automation Trigger saves time, ensures consistent processes, and streamlines workflows so your team can focus on what matters most—building stronger client relationships. With timely and personalized engagement, you’ll not only improve efficiency but also elevate the customer experience.
