We’ve added a new capability to AccountableCRM Automations - you can now create automations that run based on Team Title conditions, available exclusively for Transaction triggers.
This means you can define specific actions that only execute when a transaction involves a particular Team Title, such as Borrower, Loan Officer, or Processor. This feature provides greater control and personalization, ensuring your automation workflows target the right team member or contact type within a transaction.
Note: This enhancement only available for Mortgage Users
Company Admin - can create and manage automations within their company, for all users under that company.
Super Admin - can create and manage Global Automations, which apply to all companies and users across the platform.
This ensures flexibility in managing automations at both the company level and the global level, depending on your administrative access.
