Schedule Automation in AccountableCRM
The Schedule Automation feature allows you to plan and launch marketing workflows at the exact date and time you choose. Instead of manually triggering campaigns, you can set them up in advance to run automatically ensuring your messages are delivered when they’ll have the greatest impact.
With Schedule Automation, you can confidently put your marketing on autopilot while keeping it personal, timely, and effective.
Steps to Schedule Automation:
Click Marketing in the top navigation bar.
Select Automation from the top left corner of the Marketing page.
On the Automation page, go to the Schedule Automation tab.
Click the Create New Automation button.
In the modal popup, Enter an automation name, select a folder, and click Save.
Click Add Trigger. Here you’ll see the option When to Trigger.
Select the date and time to schedule your automation trigger.
Note: System will not allow the date and time trigger in past.
Here, you can simply check the box to schedule the automation for all contacts.
When the checkbox is enabled, the individual type trigger conditions will be hidden automatically.
After adding the scheduled automation trigger, Click save to add the trigger.
After adding the automation action. Here you can check the waiting contacts list with click the waiting contacts button.
Note: The waiting contacts is only available for the delay timer action automations. And the waiting contacts will shown on once the automation is live.
If you need to add an end condition to this automation, click the End Conditions button to stop the automation trigger when your specified conditions are met.
And here you can simply exclude the contacts based on the tags. Click the Exclude Contacts button. In the popup select the tag which you need to exclude for this automation. And click save to exclude from this automation.
And you need to must active the automation by clicking on the toggle icon from inactive to active.
And click Save Automation to save your automation settings.
Click Go Back to return to the Automation page.
You can view all scheduled automations in the Scheduled Automations tab.
From here, you can:
Check your scheduled time.
Deactivate an automation by toggling it to Inactive.
View waiting contacts by clicking the People icon.
Clone using the Copy icon.
Edit using the Pencil icon.
Delete using the Trash icon.
