How to Schedule Automation?

The Schedule Automation feature in AccountableCRM allows you to plan and execute your marketing workflows at a specific date and time. Instead of launching automations manually, you can schedule them in advance to run when it matters most. This ensures your messages reach the right people at the right time improving engagement and efficiency.

Steps to Schedule Automation:

  1. Click Marketing in the top navigation bar.

  2. Select Automation from the top left corner of the Marketing page.

  3. On the Automation page, go to the Schedule Automation tab.

  4. Click the Create New Automation button.

  5. In the modal popup, Enter an automation name, select a folder, and click Save.

  6. Click Add Trigger. Here you’ll see the option When to Trigger.

  7. Select the date and time to schedule your automation trigger.

    Note: System will not allow the date and time trigger in past.

  8. After adding the scheduled automation trigger, active the automation by clicking on the toggle icon from inactive to active.

  9. And click Save Automation to save your automation settings.

  10. Click Go Back to return to the Automation page.

  11. You can view all scheduled automations in the Scheduled Automations tab.

  12. From here, you can:

  • Check your scheduled time.

  • Deactivate an automation by toggling it to Inactive.

  • View waiting contacts by clicking the People icon.

  • Clone using the Copy icon.

  • Edit using the Pencil icon.

  • Delete using the Trash icon.
