A Smarter Way to Control Your Automation Rules with Precision

Automation is a powerful tool - until it reaches the irrelevant contact. At Accountable, we understand that not every contact should be treated the same, especially when it comes to triggering automated workflows.

Not all contacts are created equal - and not all should follow the same automation path. Whether it’s internal testing, personal leads, or training scenarios, you now have the option to exclude specific users' contacts from triggering any automated actions.

Note: It's available only inside the company automation page.

Key Benefits:

  • Maintain Clean Automation Pipelines – Eliminate test or internal contacts from entering customer-facing automations.

  • Protect Data Integrity – Ensure performance reports and activity logs reflect true prospect engagement only.

  • Centralized Oversight – Control exclusions at the company level to maintain consistent and compliant automation standards.

  • Flexible for Real Use Cases – Perfect for sandbox testing, leadership contacts, or internal data that shouldn’t trigger marketing or sales campaigns.

With this feature, Company Admins can confidently manage automation logic across teams—ensuring the right message goes to the right contact, every time.
