The Global Automation feature in Accountable CRM allows Super Admins and Company Admins to create standardized automations that can be applied across the entire organization. This ensures consistency, saves time, and keeps both company-level and non-company-level users aligned.
Steps to Add and Manage Global Automation:
Click on the "Admin" tab in the top navigation bar.
On the Admin page, click the "Marketing" tile.
You will be redirected to a new page. Click the "Automations" tile.
Click the "New Automation" button.
Enter the "Automation Name" and click "Save".
You will be redirected to the Global Automation Builder page, where you can configure the Triggers and Actions.
If you've added an execution delay timer, the count of waiting contacts will be displayed on the corresponding button. Click the waiting contacts button to view the list of contacts currently queued for action execution.
Click the End Conditions button to define the criteria for stopping the automation when certain conditions are met.
To activate the global automation, toggle the Inactive button to Active in the top-right corner, then click "Save Automation". Once its active , it will show under Company level and non company level users.
Non-company users can now see the global automation on their Marketing -> Automations page. They have the ability to toggle the global automation on or off for themselves. If turned off, the automation will not trigger for them. However, they can only toggle the status (on/off) and are not allowed to edit the global automations.
The global automation is now visible on the Company Automations page. Company Admins can toggle the global automation on or off for their company users.
If turned off, the global automation will not be visible to company users.
If turned on, company users will not have the option to turn off the global automation.
Company Admin clone the automation within the company. Once activated at the company level, these cloned templates become available for company users to utilize.
Only the Super Admin can deactivate a global automation by toggle to inactive. Once deactivated, the automation will no longer be visible or accessible to any users.
To Manage existing automations easily: View waiting contacts by clicking the people icon. The Copy icon to clone, Click the Pencil icon to edit, Or the Trash icon to delete.
