How to Review and Activate Email Automations as a Company Admin

As a company admin, you have the ability to view all available email templates, preview them, and activate them for your loan officers to use. Here’s how:

Step 1: Navigate to Email Templates

  1. Go to the Admin section.

  2. Click on Marketing.

  3. Select Email Templates.

Step 2: Review Templates

  • You will see a full list of all available templates (e.g., holidays, events, campaigns).

  • The Is Active column shows whether a template is available for your team:

    • Red toggle = Not active

    • Green toggle = Active for the team

  • To preview a template, click the eye icon on the right side.

Step 3: Activate Templates

  • To make a template available for your team, click the toggle switch in the Is Active column.

  • Once activated, your loan officers will see and be able to use the template.

Step 4: Clone and Edit Templates

Since global templates cannot be edited directly, you’ll need to clone them to customize:

  1. Click the Clone icon next to the template you want to edit.

  2. Give the cloned template a new name (e.g., “Thanksgiving – Customized”).

  3. Edit the subject line, body text, or add headers/branding as needed.

  4. Save your changes.

  5. Activate the cloned version for your team to use.

Best Practice: Always review and approve templates before activating them to ensure they align with your credit union’s brand, compliance standards, and messaging style.
