In Accountable CRM, the Marketing section includes an Email Signature feature that allows administrators to upload a company logo and add compliance details to outgoing emails. When the toggle button is enabled, the uploaded company logo will automatically appear at the bottom of all sent emails. Users can also choose the avatar display style, such as circle or square, to match the company’s branding preferences.
Steps To Create a Logo and Compliance in Company Admin.
Click on the "Admin" tab, in the top navigation bar.
In the company page, Click on Marketing .
In the marketing page, Click on the "Email Signature".
You can upload your company logo by dropping it into the designated box and click the "Upload" Button. Once you upload your company logo, Enable the Toggle to Override the Loan officer's Company Logo.
You can also add compliance details at the bottom of your emails. Once you done your company Compliance, Enable the Toggle to Override the Loan Officer's Compliance Text.
Steps To Create a Email Signature Avatar Type:
Click on the Add signature tab at the upper right of the email signature page page.
You can select the Email Signature Avatar Type: Square, Circle. Once selected, the chosen avatar style will appear at the bottom of all outgoing emails. The profile image will be displayed according to the selected format (square or circle).
